The quick reply and response time to the the scene of our vehicles was exactly as quoted. The fee for services were very reasonable. The way the company went above and beyond the bare minimum was a blessing to see. They stopped my brother with my car that I had just purchased and had the signed title in the car…read more They didnt allow my brothers girlfriend to grab her purse or my brothers wallet or belongings from the car and they left her on the side of the road and towed the car. We went the following day to pick up and they kept denying our calls and the moment my mom tried to call and they heard her speak spanish they instantly started treating her with disrespect and were just being dismissive towards her and told her they would block her number if she kept calling but my mom was just trying to get the title from the car since they had asked for it. We called the sheriff that afternoon but by the time they showed up it was "past their business hours" so sheriff couldn't do much and told us they asked us to bring another form. The day after I went to retrieve the car but they asked for title and insurance, the title was still left in the glove compartment and they did not let me grab it because "thats what everybody says" according to them.. they asked for me to get a notarized form from previous owner to be able to go in and get it. Well we got said form and they deny our calls and keep hanging up and they dont open the gate either. We have call log records where we have been waiting hours since before business is "supposed" to close (which ultimately they have different hours all over their yelp and google). They are a horrible business that is just trying to bank off people. We will definitely be submitting a higher complaint towards their business, it has been 4 days and we have still not been able go retrieve my vehicle. ***UPDATE*** Finally got the car. Was charged $761 because they couldn't answer so I could get it sooner. Also my car was completely open, my brothers phone is missing and his money and his gold bracelet with his name is missing, and the Car title that was in the vehicle is missing. Another worker helped us and they didn't even have the car into he lot they took it to another (which they didn't communicate to begin with) and then he begged for us to not file the complaint, which we still will be doing.

I tried to jump my car, but it didn't work…read more I called JC's, and they were at my apartment within 30 minutes (I lived near the UTRGV campus - pretty close to them). Before anything else, he tried to jump the car himself. It still didn't work, so he hooked it up to the wrecker. I had a franchised auto care place picked out, and we were on our way when he recommended a smaller, closer shop (Joe's Master Service Center). They were able to see me immediately, and everything worked out great!

This morning I contacted Capital Towing LLC in Harlington, TX to tow my Jeep to a local dealership…read morealso in Weslaco TX as I was in a horrible mess.  They sent me an invoice (upfront) and I paid my bill for services as they charge in advance which I thought was strange but I trusted them.  I was in contact with the business by phone and driver by phone and text message. We spoke over the phone and messaged several times.  I waited for the driver at the entrance.  There is a $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot.  I never saw the driver or flatbed tow truck.  I repeat, I was in contact with the driver by phone and text message multiple times. I called the company when the driver failed to show up and they claim they cancelled the tow because of the $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot. I waited at the gate and would have paid the $2.00 or re-embursed the driver the $2.00. I certainly was not going to make a huge deal for 2 bucks. But I never saw a flatbed tow truck and they never called me even though we spoke previously several times.  I had to call the company and they told me they cancelled the tow and my $169.95 charge was non-refundable.  I explained I never saw the driver and was at the gate watching for him.  They basically said "too bad" and he's already been rerouted for a different pickup.  I even texted with the driver but then my calls wouldn't go through.  I assume he blocked me.  Understand, I was not rude. They claim its over the $2.00 charge to enter the parking lot I would have definitely paid and was there to pay. It's not right to charge for a service you don't preform and refuse to refund the clients money. I trusted them in good faith to preform a service I paid for in its entirety upfront. They cancelled the agreement, (not me) and refused to credit me back my money claiming they there is a "no refund" policy. I'd never consider using these scumbags in the future under any circumstance. ADDITIONAL INFO: I called another local towing company (Steel Towing) and they were there within 20 minutes. He charged me after the Jeep was delivered to the Jeep service dept before he unloaded. He sent a pic of the Jeep on his truck and another when dropped off at the dealership. And the final charge was considerably less. FANTASTIC SERVICE.

They made sure I was safe and took great care in my car. Rather then risking break off a pin head where the thread was gone they towed it for me in their flat bed to where I wanted it repaired. They showed up shortly after being notified by my roadside assistance. If I needed a tow I would use them again.
