The customer service at this branch is horrible. I've been a customer for about 10years I have 2 credit cards a checking and savings and a car loan. Stay far, far away from this outfit unless you're a big commercial customer. They closed most of the branches near me years ago and they refused to modify their ATM fee structure so I'm stuck getting money from purchases or paying. This morning they failed to process my direct deposit and put ZERO notice on their webpage or app, causing me serious anxiety. Capital One has no regard for their customers. read more

Very poor customer service, had an issue with a check from insurance. manager got involved and got heated quickly, In the end manager told me to take my business elsewhere and went to Chase no issues at all. Eva BWD570 is the worst supervisor I have ever experienced. I was given misinformation over and by various reps. Finally this "Supervisor" got on the line and was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. She stated reps don't notate and refused to give me any information. Stated that there was no one else to speak to and could care less about any of my concerns. Is this the type of service capital one provides to customers? I am seriously regretting my decision to do business with them. To top it all off after refusing to provide me with information on who else I can speak with she hung up on me. Capital One Bank is not a full service bank. They do not offer savings bonds or the ability to cash them. The staff is incompetent and the Managers cover too many branches so they are never around and dont return a call. Dont bank here. RUN RUN RUN read more

I'm not sure if this should be posted here but here goes. I was approved for a Capital One credit card in September. I got a text message saying that I should receive it by October 4 and then I could activate the card. Well guess what? NO CARD!! Today is November 12 and NOTHING!! I have had problems with my mail at home because the idiot mailman probably gave it to the wrong person. So I called Capital One saying I needed a new card as I never received the first one and I also asked them to change it to my work address as I don't trust the USPS. The guy said he would send me a new card. Well I called to find out what was going on and apparently he never send the second card, not sure why? Why did he lie? But he did change my address to my work address. I called to get another card but like I said, I'm still waiting. Customer Service is absolutely no help!! Why is it so difficult to get a credit card from you? I mean it's not rocket science, is it? I'm just so frustrated right now!! I'm thinking my best option would be to go to Capital One in person and ask them for a credit card. I doubt I will ever get one in the mail. Right now I could scream!! read more

Ok I went to the drive thru and the man on the screen was so interested in whatever he was doing he only turned on his speaker for a brief second so he could speak then turned it off he obviously couldn't hear me because he messed up my payment and sent the receipt to me said have a nice day and turned off the screen again he would not take 10 seconds to listen to what I needed to make payments for I went around the front of the building and saw that there were no customers in the building his customer service sucks I'd rather drive 15 min to another location then come back here again read more
