Worst customer service as always. Walking to get a fast change of my $20 bill, these lady "bank tellers" wouldn't care to smile or greet me. It's alright, I see worse in customer service, so I skip it and go straight to the subject that I want change for my $20 to $10,$5 and $1 bill. She replied "What?" while her legs placed proudly on the cashier drawer as if she really care, I keep my patience and repeat again "I need change for my $20 bill", but she ignored it and asked if I have an account with the bank? After I showed her my Cap 1 card, she opened the drawer and get the change for me in an annoying way. And no, she said "I don't have enough "1", is "2", "2" and "1" is ok?" And that's it. So there was silence. No more words like "Have a good day" or "Thank you for your business" I heard from her. This bank is always the same worse or even worst customer service every time I visit. Why I keep visiting? Not every month but every three to five months to see if it ever improves. Guess not. read more

Absolute horrible experience at this location. Went in and tried to cash a check and they gave me some bs reason on why they couldn't. I know the rules to not having an account their but there are ways. 2 forms of id and a $7 fee. Teller looked at manager and the lady didnt even think to look over and explain. I went out of the way to the sterling branch and guess what, all they asked was 2 forms of id and a $7 fee and clear it with the issuer of the check. I got my cash and was on my way. This is one of the reasons why I will not open a capitol one bank account. That and the fact that its just straight inconvenient. You guys have all these branches but only a few actually have tellers. Waste of a building and space imo read more

worst bank ever. Banker (if they are) don't know anything. just saying whatever comes to their mind. I called and ask banker name to put on supplier credit app, and woman answered the phone was giggle with someone in the back and said, pig..... i said what? and she said, i am sorry, i was talking to someone else. i said why you talking to someone when customer is on the phone, then she just hung up. I wish i got her name but she sounded like around late 20s or early 30s, middle eastern accident for sure. Cap 1 used to be very good, Now they are just hiring bunch of yahoos... for $8.50 an hour.... sad. real sad. read more

Super slow! Do not go here. The we're having printer issues, and it took over 45 minutes for the teller line. No one really tried doing anything, just standing around. None of the clients were told what was happening and the associates would just whisper stuff to themselves. Very bad communication. Walked in to this branch on Friday June22 at around 4:30pm to get a new ATM card since It was giving me a chip malfunction error every time I use it. When I walked in, the area were the iPads to sign up are all gone. Out on the floor, I saw a lady walking around and talking loudly not appropriate in a place of business. A gentleman approached me and asked if I needed help, and guided me to the waiting chairs after I told him what I was there for. He then asked the same lady that I will need assistance, in which she replied "give me two minutes". and so I did. I sat down and observed the new layout of the bank lobby which was a big transformation from the last time I visited. I was sitting in a spot where I have a full view of the entire bank floor and can see everything that was going on, on my right were 3 bank tellers busy assisting customers, and on my left were the cubicles were customers sit for special assistance. While the first section, were a family of four were being assisted the same lady mentioned above went back to her area and stood infront of the partition from her side started talking LOUDLY to the lady assisting the family of four and was barking orders. I found that behavior very unprofessional. After about a minute or so, she looked at me, and from the same spot that she was standing from, again in a loud voice asked if I still need help or if someone was helping me already, I said yes I still need help and I walked over to her section. That was strike two for me about her professionalism. On her desk were the missing iPads and the first thing she told me was not to touch them because they were getting updated, I did not pay attention to her comment and I just told her what I was there for. She then said give her two minutes, and she stood up and walked away. As I sat there waiting, I could hear her talking to someone and when I turned around to look, I saw her on the phone behind the bank teller area. I stood up and just watched her, and when she got back, I asked for my bank card and drivers license and told her that I would be leaving and will return when you actually have time for me. She said that it will only take 2 minutes for her to issue a temporary ATM card, in which I replied, "if that was the case, why did you invite me here in your section only to leave me and be on the phone"? She said that the phone call was about a lost cell phone and it was important and an emergency, in which I replied.. "and Im not?" and I walked away. read more

Capital One Bank - Ms. Two minutes. - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

Since my initial review up until Monday 6/5/17, I've tried to do business with this branch again and oddly enough the last 3 times (over 2 month period) your machine doesn't work to allow cash advance transactions! Apparently the new renovation makes things look nicer but operationally its still poor service. I'm appreciative of someone responding to my review, however their request for me to provide my full name, address with zip, etc... on a social media review is very smart and somewhat insulting to ask. This is the worse capital one branch. Corporate needs to look into the customer service issues this place has. Either hire people that are competent to enter proper information in your system or have a machine do it for your branches. read more

Terrible service,they don't hire enough staff to take care of their customers they have two tellers at all times. There's a line of 20 people waiting as two tellers try to take care of those people. I waited in the drive-through today for 15 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. Don't bother going to capital one, that Bank is not about customer Service. read more

No words can express how deeply abominable this place is to even be worthy of a single star rating. This branch ought to be shuttered and its entire staff are required to be let go once and for all. Unspeakable waste of office space and air. Went in to cash a check only to be brazenly handed a load of BS that they are unable to process the request. But when the issuer of the check was contacted and willing to work with the branch to address the problem, their staff failed to justify any information as to what needs to be done in order for it to be cashed and shuffle me out in mid-conversation to service the next customer. Even worse, the other female with no name tags rudely denied any of my follow-up attempts to cash, and deliberately coerced her colleagues to act the same way despite having provided her my valid ID, justification of the check in good state and, most importantly, it is their absolute duty in having to fulfill customary banking needs when approached by a customer of Capital One. I'm not even going into the level of gory detail as to how vile these wolves in sheep cloth were where they would go in and out of their closed office doors randomly, and get on and off the phone underhandedly with their apathetic manager in trying to manhandle the situation as an attempt to unethically cover up their missteps from the get go. By the way, your manager was in the office while I was there but you falsified both his number and his state of absence in broad day light when I asked about his information. You of all people DO NOT deserve to be in business. Period! read more

I went into this bank and I was amazed at how great they treated me, from the moment I walked in I was actually greeted by the manager, I then completed my transaction with Logan, she was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this branch, I go in there all the time now just because their customer service is so great. read more
