We worked with Lynnette approximately three years ago to purchase a house here in Northern…read moreCalifornia as we moved from Connecticut. Lynnette was great to work with! As we were coming from the other side of the country, Lynnette used the tools available to her to get a good sense of the kinds of homes that we were interested in and the specific features that were important to us prior to our house hunting visit to the Vacaville/Fairfield/Suisun area; and then when we did arrive she had three days full of visits arranged for us so that we had a high number of homes to choose from and were able to find several that were interested in bidding on (which was useful given the time of year and the aggressive timeline that we had to move). After we placed a successful bid, Lynnette was very good with providing us with options for the various local inspectors and contractors that we needed as a part of the purchase (which was especially good for us as we were on the east coast and had to rely upon distance communications for most items). Lynnette would personally inspect the work that each of these individuals did on our behalf. Similarly, she was helpful in recommending local brokerage options. What impressed us the most about Lynnette was that she actually took an active interest and involvement of the sale of our existing home in Connecticut to ensure that it did not impact upon the purchase of our new home in California. She interacted with both our real estate agent and the buyer's agent in Connecticut, to ensure that the difference in rules and regulations between the two jurisdictions did not impede things. Even after we moved into our new home, Lynnette was still active in being a resource for us as new residents. In fact, I can't say enough about Lynnette and the jobs that she did for us from our initial interactions to well after the purchase of our home. I would strongly recommend Lynnette for anyone looking to buy or sell their property!

We had an amazing experience with Dean, Shanna, and the Benchmark team for our home refinance!…read more From start to finish, the whole process took less than 21 days! (Two other banks quoted us 60 days MINIMUM to process our refinance.) Benchmark quoted us a 30 day or less timeframe and they kept that promise. We were given comparison documents less than 24 hours after providing our personal information and what we were hoping to accomplish with the refinance. The staff was vary transparent and kept us updated along the way. Their customer portal was very easy to use and navigate through when uploading and signing documents, as well as seeing exactly when documents were reviewed and accepted. We called the office several times with questions and they were always cheerful and helpful. We were never put on hold, and they always returned calls quickly. Through the whole process, it felt like we were their only clients because of how much attention they dedicated to us. I was honesty amazed by the level of customer service. Between their "family" like feel, the quality of ethics, and detail of service, Benchmark has been the best company we have ever worked with in the industry. From the beginning she would work countless hours, late into the evenings showing us homes and answering any questions we had. We could reach out to her at anytime and she would be there. She is very knowledgeable of the market and what it is doing. One thing I remember her saying to us as we entered our current and first ever home was "there it is, the aha, we are home, moment." Meaning when she shows a home to her clients she isn't pushy at all and will not try to sell you a home just to sell you a home. She is patient and waits till she sees the aha, this is the one, look on her clients faces. We love the home she worked so very hard to help us find.
