From the beginning of the project, both Dmytro and Liu gave valuable input on some of my choices to help bring the vision I had for the bathroom to life. All of the team were incredibly courteous, prompt, and hard-working with major attention to detail and a true sense of pride in their work. A special shout out to Vitaly for doing the meticulous tile work and majority of painting/plumbing. During the project, we hit some small glitches that happen with every renovation, and Dmytro and Liu worked closely with me to navigate smoothly through all aspects of the project to get the desired outcome. I love my new bathroom! On top of everything, at the end of the project, there was an unexpected plumbing problem outside of the bathroom not at all related to the project that Dmytro fixed. They were gone for several hours and I finally called the office to inquire and request to cancel the job since the guys disappeared for the day. I ran out quickly and when I got back my husband told me the guys had come and gone. I called the office and asked and the woman on the phone told me...as though it was perfectly normal...that they had simply gone back to my house to collect their tools. They left tarp out, wires hanging out of the ceiling, my designer lights for install tossed in a pile on a side table. Absolutely awful experience all around. Completely unprofessional.

The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.
