Tri-State is family owned and operated. Everybody who works for them has been an employee of Tri-State for 15+ years. That says a lot, if you ask me. Their pricing was fabulous. Working with Amber in the office to get scheduled could not have been more simple. And then when Lalo and Andrew's crew came out to do the installation... it was phenomenal! They were so sweet and respectful of my home. They arrived on time, did a truly amazing job, and cleaned everything up neat and tidy. The work was done perfectly. Seriously - it was all top notch. I would recommend Tri-State to anybody and everybody. They are the BEST.

Mr. Logan came out quickly and easily identified the problems and was able to have a frank conversation about our needs and options. I am so happy with the finished product and was grateful for the their speed, integrity and communication throughout. If we we ever have similar project needs again, Tri-State will be my only call.

The damage was so bad the crew had to dismantle the 2nd story porch from the ground to ensure they were not in danger. Nick and his crew explained ever step of the process and ensured that we understood all the work being done. They made major upgrades to the the structure of our porch and even suggested a system to capture the rain which was within budget from our insurance company to ensure we didn't have this problem in the future. The crew was very friendly and made many accommodations for my wife and kids to ensure their days were not interrupted or disrupted as they are home schooled. There were many occasions my girls would go outside to "inspect" the work and the crew was very kind and playful with them. We really enjoyed all the guys and their polite and friendly nature. Nick was also great when it came time to work with the insurance company. He helped me to get the right pictures i would need to support my claim and was there to help point out areas where the issue was water damage and where it was just a really bad repair job from a prior contractor (before we bought the house). This was all validated by the insurance adjustor who came out and confirmed everything nick showed me which allowed me to not be surprised by my insurance companies choices in what could and could not be covered. We have and continue to recommend Taber Residential to all our neighbors and friends. You can't go wrong with this crew and company!

I'm still finding things that were overlooked. They are all little things, but they are annoying little things that should not have been missed upon completion of the work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Aside from what's in the images, the communication was pretty lack luster. I would communicate to Valentina how I wanted something done and it would slip through the cracks and have to get redone, which delayed the project. I hired them because they are part of the "Trust Dale" network, but if I could do it over again, I'd hire a different company. The bulk of the work is satisfactory, but all of the finishing details that they missed is pretty disappointing.

Since a few weeks prior, we were searching for a company that could do a small job at a reasonable price; the design and installation in the front of the house of a stair handrail. Since the moment we walked into their office, they were all care and dedicated to our requirements; help with the design and answering all the questions that we had. There were no hassles or sales pressures. They offered an estimated price and time scheduled for the job in the spot and two days later sent a technician to the site to take measurements and be sure that everything will fit properly. Originally there was a time assessment of three weeks for installation, but in two they called and showed up with a beautiful, simple, well-constructed, and structurally solid handrails. The job look so perfect and in place, that when my daughter walked into the house she did not noticed because they look like they have been in place forever. We are very pleased and satisfied with their job. So, if you are in the need of a custom-made iron work I.F.I. is the place to go. We highly recommended them without hesitation.
