I just ordered some trophies from this place for the 3rd year in a row for the annual 5K race I put on for my birthday. The people here are all very nice, and remember me despite the fact that I only go once a year (well twice, since I order and pick up). They are really inexpensive and get the work done really quickly. They'll work with you on when you need it by. The first time I ever went in, I looked at practically every trophy they had in the store and asked 100 questions... they were very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness, especially considering I only bought 2 trophies. I ask a lot of questions by nature and I always appreciate establishments that support that instead of making me feel rushed or like a moron =) read more

Was nonresponsive to my request to have plaques made. Promised a quote the next day by phone or email, no response. Called them a few days later. They apologized and promised a quote that morning. Again, no response. Lost a week waiting for a response. Went to a competitor. They did say they were busy with school orders. But, I gave them a 2-3 week advance notice, which they said they could meet. Very UNHAPPY! If they didn't want the business, they should have said so on day one. read more
