Couple hours later, they called me with a slot available to see an Osteopath. After the session, I felt much better. My issue was completely resolved in two other visits. Since then, I have been a loyal client of Active Therapy Clinic. No matter which therapist I see, whether it's an acupuncturist or RMT, I know I'll be well taken care of.

His treatments are very effective, and I always enjoyed my sessions with Michal, as he is very kind, humble, and personable. He was also very accommodating in his scheduling, which I really appreciate because I really felt like he wanted to help me. I also appreciate that he knew when to recommended that I see a doctor and get xrays, and he didn't pretend that he knew everything about my pain or how to fix it. I think that shows true wisdom and humility in his field, and in my experience, it's quite rare. I have had so many practitioners tell me they can "fix" my body get rid of all of my pain, but Michal was the first one to actually realize that there was something going on that needed to be examined further, and he was not too proud to recommend that I see someone else about it. I will continue to see Michal in the future for rolfing and osteopath treatments, and would recommend him to anyone I know!

He said it's literally over the same river and very similar views. Plus we had the added benefit of adding on a 2.5 km hike called the creek Loop. Oh, by the way, this is completely free to access versus the other bridge has a charge- it was a Sunday but not super busy. If you continue on to the Creek Loop, it's about 2.5km and has lots of Stairs and they are STEEP in places. We loved it but you'll get a good workout!!

They were having some rescue training on the bridge when we were choosing a trail to hike. It was supposed to take roughly and hour, so we chose to do a reverse of the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge and 30 Foot Pool Loop. That wound up working out since the highlight of the hike (the bridge itself) was left to the end.We are not hikers, but we made it through without issues - taking an occasional break here and there. I would consider it an easy to moderate hike. The hike is pleasant as you are surrounded by trees and can hear the sounds of water. The bridge itself offers fantastic views. Some members of our family were a little shaky-legged on the bridge, but there are plenty of places to hang onto as you make your way across. Absolutely fantastic outdoor spot. My family scores: Brendan - 3.3 (doesn't like heights) Charlotte - 3.9 Shanying - 4.0 Winston - 5.0
