When you run a business you need to keep your word and be sure your employees know what they are saying and keep their word. I used this hair professionally for a little bit but was not impressed especially for the price so I simple switched to another brand I like much more. A pack of 20 for 110$ is ridiculous.
Anyways, I found a bag with a completely unopened pack of these extensions with the receipt. I figured I'd go see if I could go get my 110+tax back since I'm not going to use the hair. I show the woman who has worked there since I bought hair from them (well over a year ago, maybe 2 years) and she looked over the receipt, mentioned "wow you purchased this quite a while ago" and opened the pack to examine the hair. Perfect condition. She told me the owner was out of town and would write me a check for it on Monday because she couldn't refund me through the system because they had just been robbed?? Very random but I said ok and gave her my number. A couple days later I'm told that there is a 30 day return policy (not mentioned on receipt) and that I could only use it for store credit. Store credit to buy more hair I don't like? How did she not know of this "30 day policy" when I was there in the store a few days before? She's ran the store for years and just found this out?? Stick to your word. You told me I would receive a check. I should have received a check. Change everything up over 110$? That's ridiculous. You should realize you made a mistake telling me I would receive a check and cut the "loss". Which would be getting YOUR HAIR BACK. Clearly y'all don't want your hair either. read more
