The two men he had assigned to move the furniture were very friendly and polite, but not very professional in the sense that they asked the homeowner that we purchased the sofa set from to use their bathroom and asked them for some water. One also asked to use our bathroom upon delivery. It's my opinion that they should have their own water and should have used their facilities before they left or stopped to use the facilities somewhere before they picked up the order and/or stopped before delivery. Although they were 15 min late for the appointment time already, so maybe that's why they did not want to stop on the way, but that's still no excuse to ask to use a homeowners bathroom in my opinion. They did do a wonderful job of protecting the furniture by wrapping it with moving blankets and plastic. They also did a wonderful job of setting up our furniture in our home. For the delivery, Mike also had given his team the wrong delivery address for our home, missed a digit, so it took longer for them to get here. Since they charge by the hour, that isn't a good thing, although I'm sure it was an honest mistake. They did adjust their hourly rate by an extra 15 minutes, so that probably made up for any additional expense that it would've made. We just had to wait a little longer for our delivery than anticipated. Not a huge difference for us, but might be critical to someone else.

Who does that ? More background..First experience is he works with specific assisted living places in cape coral and he charged us 350 to move my dad one door down the hall.. Yes it was high but we needed a move asap ( and I had no time to call around) While moving my dad he took the pow flag off the wall and didn't honor it correctly my dad a veteran was pissed Also the assisted living place highpoint added his moving bill to my bill from them Ps highpoint sucks for veterans they charged us for $$ for my dads free medication and moved my dad illegally Now back to ray the mover who was recommend by highpoint.. He said he move my dad in cape coral from one assisted living place to another and he then backed out an hour before ( after asking him a week before ) he said yes He showed up 3 hours earlier then he said he would and then left sent me a very confusint message saying " text this guy and Venmo him 350" I was panicked so I did He said I only take checks or cash but btw a week early he never asked me with payment to use -- so red flags for sure!! So I called highpoint and asked them to add the move again to my dads bill they said yes called ray back and he said we left and called me a liar (?) and then told me some other persons to Venmo! So I did What a whacko! Do not use ray the mover He sucks Do not use "ray the mover " I'm leaving another review on the other pages as well His number is below

We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10. Thank you, Dana and Don for the tour! We will be back.
