Brought our RV in to get an oil change. Done in a few hours and price was competitive. Good service!

Phil at Clean Slate RV Repair was simply amazing! I was having a problem with my fifth wheel RV at…read moremy Plymouth campground, So I called Phil to make an appointment. He troubleshot the problem for me over the phone and suggested a few simple things that might fix the issue I was having and he was right on the money and my problem was resolved instantly!!! He didn't charge me a dime, even though He helped me with my problem which most companies would've at least Charged for a service call and bled as much money out of the customer as possible, but not Phil, he was a straight shooter and I really appreciate that. Going forward he's going to be my RV repair man because he is trustworthy and that's a rare commodity in today's business world. Thanks again, Clean Slate RV Repair! 5 STAR RATING

Made an appointment through his automated system which was confirmed three times via email. He…read morenever showed then argues with me as to why he was obligated to show since I made the appointment, not him. Not wanting to do the job is not the problem, don't lead me to believe you will take it on then blow me off. This is obviously a fly by night and very unreliable operation. ED: Responding to your comment, you're a liar. When you requested my info, I provided my name address phone number make and model of my RV. Further, you totally misrepresented our phone, you have not seen me rude, pal! I have all the PMs screen shoted so I am confident in my comments. I suggest you get a booking system that doesn't allow customers to pick a date and time slot and then send automated emails confirming the appointment. So, bottom line, when I called you re: the appointment, instead of all the excuses and gaslighting trying to make look like it was all my fault, a good businessman would have said, "we've obviously had a communication breakdown, how can I make this better?" But nope you add insult to injury by accusing me of having a fake profile. Hopefully, you'll learn how to deal with people in the future.

We stopped in at 9:15 am and described our RV issue. They got us in within 30 minutes. Our issue…read morewas repaired in 2 hours. It was clean, friendly, efficient, and at the end the technician explained the issue and the repair. Yes, it might cost a little extra but I like to pay for quality. We were really impressed!!! I felt like David understood the customer and the need to keep moving. Thank you for getting us on the road again. I read some of the other reviews. If I lived in the area, we would enjoy the full inspection and all the suggestions to keep an RV in tip top shape.

Over the past year I've serviced my recently purchased class A, forty-foot motorhome at Major's and…read morespent nearly $20,000. It has been the most expensive, disappointing, and questionable experience I've ever had with a service. For example, I recently brought my motorhome to estimate several areas that need repairs. They did absolutely nothing to repair, simply estimate; the cost was nearly $1,000 to look at the coach and acknowledge the need for repairs! I was told to repair my kitchen slide out would cost roughly $17,000! By the way, the slide was making some noise when used, however, it was working when I brought it to Major's. When they reviewed the issues with me, the side was inoperable...I'm not sure what they did to it while it was there. This is the second time I've left my coach there only to return to further problems that somehow "just happened" while it was there, I took it to another vendor who did a thorough job of preparing a comprehensive estimate which was shared with me and provided more than was included in the $17,000 estimate from Major's. The vendor provided me with a comprehensive estimate with a range of $7,500 to $9,000. By the way, they did not charge for doing the estimate!! When the people at Major's did their estimate, they looked at my water heater and determined the gas regulator needed to be replaced, the cost of looking at it (no repairs, just estimate) was $322.37!!! I ordered the parts for the water heater on line from Amazon at a cost of $104 and replaced it myself in 30 minutes; less than half the cost of them simply looking at it. My advice to anyone needing service for your motorhome is to find an honest and fair service provider. We all work too hard to have someone ripping us off. We all deserve better than this!
