While this could have been an absolute disaster, Jamie handled it with such grace, professionalism, and calm that we hardly had time to realize what was happening. Knowing that I'm a more laid-back, type-B bride, Jamie had quietly prepared backup plans well in advance -- so by the time we realized there was an issue, she already had solutions in motion. Our incredible vendor team pivoted with her lead, and thanks to Jamie, our wedding was still everything we hoped for -- joyful, beautiful, and filled with love (and a little unexpected adventure). From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator.
