Where do I begin!? Amanda is amazing!! Not only does she take gorgeous photos that speak for themselves - she is professional, enthusiastic, responsive, and detail oriented. Just from our initial email exchange I knew Amanda was the perfect photographer for us. She really cares about getting to know you as a couple on a personal level and by the time we met in person I felt like I had already known her forever. Amanda is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. We had a sneak peak of our engagement photos within hours, she stopped by our rehearsal dinner for some quick sunset shots, and she even helped customize our photo booth template for guests. I was truly so impressed every step of the way. On the day of our wedding Amanda and Wendy were fantastic. They were patient, flexible and the calming influence we needed :) All our friends and family raved about them and we had so much fun that there ended up being a bloopers album because we were laughing so much! From getting ready to the final dance they didn't miss a single detail. Every picture was stunning, heartfelt and better than I could have imaged. Unfortunately our experience with Amanda was very bad! My daughter had to change her wedding date twice due to COVID & both times we booked around Amanda's schedule in rescheduling the dates & other vendors. The 2nd change which was only within weeks, she broke the initial contract taking away our military discount, taking away 1 of 2 photographers, reducing the contracted hrs, and taking away the promised photobooth - all of which were in our original contract with her. She also wanted to now charge an hourly rate of $650/hr instead of the flat rate we had. (We were like what???) We went back & forth with her as we did not feel it was fair but she still insisted we had to sign this new, ridiculously unfair contract. She eventually gave us the option to void the contract and she would refund us $1,200 of our $1,500 deposit, keeping $300 as an administrator fee. Mind you we never once met with her, just emailed a few times as we went with the recommendation of a friend. She accused my daughter of being rude when all my daughter did was merely state facts, never rude in any way. She told us she lost out of the dates we changed but my daughter still had access to her online booking calendar during our negotiations and called her out on that as her booking calendar clearly showed she had a wedding shoot booked on both dates already - losing nothing! Please, please be careful when booking with her during COVID as she was not very understanding at all and in our experience very sneaky in trying to make us sign a new contract with ridiculous terms. read more

Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with and we loooove all of our photos! She and Janelle were so fun, calm, positive and yet unobtrusive at the same time throughout the whole day! They went with the flow and did their best to optimize every photo opportunity. We got our sneak peaks and all our pictures back so quickly! You can tell Amanda is so passionate about her job and genuinely wants you to be happy with the results! One of my favorite parts of the whole day was when Amanda snuck my husband and I outside during dinner to take some sunset photos. Amanda is AMAZING. I really can't say enough good things about her. A year prior to our wedding, my husband and I met Amanda for our Cape Cod engagement shoot.
