Most importantly, when the oppressive muggy weather finally came, having the unit proved its worth. There were days without it on hot stretches where I was wondering if he was going to overheat and have a medical issue. Not to hear him panting on oppressive days was what made me feel as though I did the right thing, and I have no regrets. Regarding Baystate, Jason was a clear choice. I shop around for everything and am picky and Very cheap. I have dealt with many construction and contractors for decades and can read people very well. I had about 8 companies come and give me quotes and all of them were trying to hustle me. I randomly called Baystate, 45 miles from my house, trying to avoid the scammers on Cape Cod, and it was fate. He was happy to do the ride. I trusted and got a good vibe right away, he was a straight shooter. Jason was as as honest as you will find, and knowledgable. He reminds me of a younger version of me (a bundle of helpful energy).
