Terrible. I'll never refer anyone there. Ever. This place doesn't even deserve the one star I'm…read morerequired to select. What ever happened to customer service? A travel agent? That's literally your job; making people happy and sending them on trips that will make them happy. We walk through the door, this woman is sitting in a corner desk and rudely goes "What do you want?" I don't think I need to get into that. It speaks for itself... What did I want? I wanted a vacation trip abroad - quickly - and had all the money in the world to make it happen. And instead I get short, choppy answers and "I don't knows" and complaints about how the airlines don't pay commission anymore. Is this my problem? No. ... Seriously? Complain to your boss, not to your potentially commissionable customer. Susan, I'd just like to let you know: our tickets have been purchased, we've found a plane and a tour that will accommodate someone with a wheelchair graciously. And for the end of this month, for the dates we wanted. And guess what? They also didn't need to know about anyone's personal disabilities or where they live because "I do need to know that." Um, no you didn't. And we also booked a pricier hotel in one of the cities to "live a little" and we added a Cabaret show to the trip as well. Thanks so much for never following through. It pays to be nice to people even if you don't want to work with them. At the end of the day, your nasty attitude made money walk out your agencies door. One that you said is still around where the rest have failed over the years because of the airlines. I hope you loose business, I hope this review helps the cause. And I hope you find a new position as a porter for Bouse House because you're truly a trash human. Thanks for helping me make the decision to take my business somewhere else. Now, if you'd like to see how wonderful I was taken care of - go check out Travel Specialists in Orleans.

Went on a tour this morning and absolutely LOVED this place! One of my favorite tours since…read morearriving here. Farm is run by a woman & her husband and the wife is so knowledgeable (and funny). We learned the whole process of how cranberries are grown & harvested. Would absolutely recommend this place!

I dislike leaving less than stellar reviews, but I couldn't recommend doing a bog tour here. Your…read moreexperience in different weather may vary wildly. There's a lot of interesting and good information, and I liked the people. But.... The first half of the tour is in an old mini bus. The bus has tiny windows, like 4" square, and no air circulation. No fans. No air conditioning. Today was nearly 90 out by 10 am, when our tour started, and temperatures inside the bus got so hot that stepping out felt cool! You don't travel far, and then they stop for 10 minutes to talk about what's out the window. It's brutal. Ironically, the travel distances are so slim most people could walk it. But, just sitting on the bus in the heat? Yuck. The second half is in an old shed where you learn about harvesting. Again, it could be interesting, but it's a good 10° hotter, even with the fans going, and it makes it hard to focus. Or even listen. Better weather would have helped. But, we had an old lady in our tour group nearly pass out, and the guide indicated that that was not uncommon. Heck, complimentary water would be nice. Waters are a dollar. The tour is fifteen. It's all cash only.
