I contacted Cap City Booths approximately 2 months before the event and Tommy couldn't have been more helpful. He guided me through each and every phase of the process and offered me a steal of a deal! He even threw in some extras! He sent me a draft of my custom photo strip footer (based on my party's theme) and together we came up with the perfect design. The day of the party, Tommy showed up early, and had everything set up way ahead of schedule. He was extremely professional and came with a ton of props and a side monitor so guests could view everyone's photos. We had SO much fun and I'm SO glad I decided to use Cap City Booths. We had Cap City at our wedding in Ashburn, VA this past weekend and they were marvelous! Our attendant was Tommy and every guest who interacted with him, LOVED him! Everyone talked about how sweet and charming he was. What I especially loved hearing was how awesome he was with the kids at the wedding, who were amazed that they could keep playing dress up all night! They not only honored the coupon, but worked with me to increase the time at the discounted rate. Cap City Booths is the best photo booth company I've come across in DC. We used them for our annual holiday party this past Saturday and our guests are still raving about the amazing pics. Everything was professional and easy from booking to customization to set up and down to receiving the link to all of our pictures after the event. It's an "open air booth" which means you don't actually cram into a small booth, but the photo strips you receive look just like those you get from a booth. The result is that your pictures look AMAZING, you're not crammed, but you still walk away with an instant keepsake. They even brought some really cool props that our guests loved.
