Eli is absolutely amazing at what he does. His communication is spot on. He is very informative. He handled all the information I needed with both dealerships, in terms of pick up and drop off etc. He was absolutely 100% professional, and put me at ease regarding the handling of my vehicle. I felt embarrassed, asking him if he transports high-end vehicles!? Lol. My car is a dime a dozen in a bucket compared to some of the other exotics that he handles daily. Not to mention some of the vehicles that he has in his own personal fleet. If anyone is reading this review, and is considering transporting their own vehicle, they should definitely consider him as his prices are beyond fair, but more than anything else his white glove treatment of your prized possession. Illegal withholding of cash and professional tools - Violation of CVC 22651.07…read more I am filing this complaint against Freeway Towing Santa Clarita for their inconsistent and illegal practices. I presented my legal Bill of Sale (REG 262) and my Sheriff's release to retrieve my personal property. In a completely illogical move, they gave me my check and credit card because they were 'in my name,' but they REFUSED to give me my cash and over $1,000 worth of professional tools that were in the same place.By giving me the check, they already admitted that the property in the vehicle belongs to me. However, they are now illegally withholding my cash and my tools, which are my livelihood. According to California Vehicle Code 22651.07, a towing company must allow the retrieval of personal property without charge. They are using the 'name in the system' as an excuse to keep my belongings, even though I have the legal DMV documents. This is without mentioning the way they provided the service, telling me that what the sheriff says is what happens in his office and that the establishment's rules were independent of what the sheriff said. I understand things to a certain extent, but I don't think that's the professional way to respond. Now my cash, my house keys, and my tool are... That's because they don't have my name and my Reg 262 is not valid to prove that I am the owner of the property. This is a predatory practice and a violation of state law. I will be taking further legal action and reporting this to the City and the DMV.

We thought we were well-covered with USAA Roadside Assistance, but after multiple delays from their contracted vendor (Agero) and over 2 hours of waiting, we took the matter into our own hands and reached out to Doug at AA Tech. He was there within minutes, got our spare tire on and proceeded with finding and installing a new full-sized tire. He was both professional and personable. We were on our way home within an hour.
