He even helped us carry all of our groceries into the condo from the parking garage! The place was, by far, the best appointed place we had ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit! The place had all kinds of spices, every cooking utensil we needed and even plastic bags for making sandwiches to take into Yellowstone!! But what really made our experience special with Kael was he went the extra mile, like when he lent my son a fishing pole so he could fish and kept in touch with us periodically throughout our stay. My kids had such a good time that we are going back in June of 2021!! Kael is the best host we have had on our travels!

Kael called me with the awful news that the condo had been sold and the new owners wouldn't honor our contract. But he had already done everything needed to save our vacation - he had reached out to an number of other agents and had found us a near duplicate and negotiated the same price we were paying for the first one. Because of Kael, I had only the briefest moment of panic - because he had already solved the problem for us, i didn't have to panic. And the new condo wasn't under his management, so he wasn't going to get anything for his work - he just did it to make sure that we were taken care of! And he followed up with the promise that if I needed anything further, to just call his work number - we have texted several times since then, and he is very responsive. I just want to say a huge thank you to him - he had no control over the sale or the withdrawal of the condo from VRBO, but he made sure that our family Christmas was not ruined. You can rent one of his properties and know that no matter what happens, Kael will be sure that you are well taken care of!

The restrooms were exceptionally clean, the laundry room was spacious (a couple of other RV parks didn't have space to fold your clothes), the grounds were free of garbage, weeds, and the small "lawns" between RV spaces were green and their grass was soft. We will happily return to the Ennis RV Park by Starry Night Lodging in the future.

They had an AC team come in and although they couldn't fix the unit while we were there, they had a portable unit installed to take care of the immediate issue. And more importantly, Manu, the manager, worked to reach an acceptable arrangement to cover our discomfort. While I don't expect the staff was likely used to groups of 13 girls coming to visit for a bachelorette, the welcomed us warmly, and took amazing care of us. Chef Chris kept us extremely well fed, and the rest of the staff whipped up incredible Margaritas, and shuttled us to a wide variety of activities including tubing on the local river, skeetshooting, flyfishing, and even hosted a pottery class. The house itself is gorgeous, so many bedrooms I've lost count, with several porches, comfortable couches to enjoy the view from, and even has a small gym. The house is extremely remote, off of a paved route, so if it's the perfect place to truly getaway. We constantly saw deer, rabbits, and wildbirds, and relaxed in the evenings in the hot tub, having a drink on the beautiful wrap-around porch, or taking walks along the road to watch the sunset. Great place for a family reunion, and for taking a break from city life. Would absolutely recommend staying here for the beautiful views, amazing staff, and top notch accommodations.

Without exaggeration, we were quite sad to leave. The accommodations are gorgeous and with 6,000 acres to roam (including horse, elk, and deer herds) there's quite a lot to do. GCR could charge more but they kindly don't; consider the near private venue and all-inclusive world class food, and it's a bargain. The food, while we're on it, was ridiculously good (go Rory). Nearby we went on several hikes and took advantage of Tracey's skeet shooting tutorial, and Kendra's patience, to round out a wonderful weekend. The staff of Rory, Chris, Kendra, Tracey, and Maureen made our trip. In short, book it now before others learn of this place. You'll be happy you did. Chris and Katie.
