Really great office spot in the sunset…read more I am a lawyer out here and it is not uncommon for me to have to do some old school printing, mailing etc. I had routinely gone to Kinkos for these services and never noticed this place across the street from Safeway, but one day I saw it and went it and was very impressed. The staff is very helpful with any actual printing concerns and I have often used the very and I mean very reasonably priced office space they have in the back, which consists of several desks, a nice office, and a conference room that I have seen other lawyers do mediations within. It is not the fanciest office space in the world, but it works and works well. I am really glad I found this place at is far more easy to use, closer, and just an overall better experience for me than Kinkos.

There are a few stations to customize files, but I use this onsite feature as a place to sit down and send my images or files to FedEx and just relax and wait for a retrieval code to hit my email. On this visit my print job did not require any assistance, but the shop was busy, looked well staffed, and customers that i viewed did not have any measurable waits. The space is well organized, calm, with numerous self serve stations, it's a great alternative to owning, and maintaining a printer that is not frequently used.

Sharon at the Banner Shop did a great work of communicating with graphics issues on the huge banner and printed in just a day. Also one of our designers mistakenly laid out a brochure on an A4 layout, and I did not have time to change the layout so I asked Sharon if she could print it on A4, and again in one day they have finished the job. So this will be our go-to place for printing from now on.

I use this place regularly and have for more than the last 10 years or so. I'm leaving this review…read morejust as a counterweight to the endless bad reviews this place seems to be getting. I like using this place. It's the same couple young workers there all the time. They don't remember me and that's fine. They just deal with an endless line of people all day long sending packages, making copies, or shipping back returned items. It's the same repetitive routine with them having to keep explaining the same instructions and corrections because we don't do this every day like them. Are they incredibly friendly and customer service oriented - not exactly but they do get you what you need to know and try to get you along on your way. This is not the kind of place where people would want to ooh and ahh and leave an A+ review because it was so great, or something. So all they seem to get are lousy reviews from people that were frustrated. That's not fair. They will try to help. One time, i recall, the fellow (i guess "erik" per other review comments) even was really kind and just paid for my fax fee himself because I'd forgotten to bring anything with me in rushing out to catch them just before they closed. Anyways, many thanks to you folks there at the irving str ups store for always being there and putting up with all of us all day long day after day. (Oh yes, and the self service kiosk where you can just scan the UPS return shipping QR code and print out your own shipping label is just da bomb...)

On the second related job, I needed a photo produced on super high glossy paper for the awards which were given to the honorees of our Rotary Club of San Francisco. Once again I was not let down. The key here is that they understood the job requirements and specifications and even helped make the "right" recommendations (photo quality, sizing) to ensure a job was well done. We've used this company on / off for label printing and letters but this was truly a great job that required more skills to complete.

I don't know why this place only has one star. I read the review that James S wrote and it was unreasonable. This is a small fedex kiosk in a Walgreens. They have limited resources.
