If I could give 0 starts I would. Racist Upon entry myself and my boyfriend were waiting to be serviced for nearly 10 minutes. Once someone made there way to the front desk she proceeded to roll her eyes and call us a racial slur. Not fully understanding her frustration we continued to try to check in for our appointment. Once we realized she didn't speak English we tried to look past the first comment she made after using our translator app and confirming our appointment she then proceeded to call us another racial slur. After this we decided to leave due to feeling extremely uncomfortable. I thought maybe we miss heard her however if that was the case there is still no explanation for the attitude and unwelcoming behavior. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

This was the worst massage I've ever had. I've had several 1 hour full body massages at other places and this one ranks at the bottom. My husband and I got a couples massage he said his pressure was too much and continued to be too much even though he told his therapist it was painful. Mine felt incomplete, the same areas were massaged over and over leaving many parts un-touched. When I went to pay the balance and told her how much of a tip to put on the card she pressured me to tip higher since she has to "pay her boss" luckily we were given a gift certificate and didn't have to pay full price. I received gift certificates to three different massage places in Canton. This was, by far, the best of the three. I felt both relaxed and rejuvenated after my hour massage with Cece. I just had the best massage of my life today. Firstly, I booked it the same day. It's not one of these spas where you fill out a three page medical history form that eats up your massage time. It was very quiet and minimal if any talking, which I appreciate. Cece started off with me prone and gave a full intro massage through a blanket. Then the hot oil massage began. Then some stretching and pulling and karate chops. Then all of a sudden, she was on top of me with her knees in my back balancing while she massaged me. Then the hot stones and hot towels came out. That was amazing!! It felt like 10 massages in one. Just when you think the massage is nearly finished, there's more when you flip over. $60 for 60 minutes, can't beat the value. Booked an appointment here at the last minute one evening after my usual place (Massage Envy in Canton) was all booked. Lily was my massage therapist. I prefer deep tissue, and the pressure she used was great. I did a 90 minute massage, hot stone was included too. The rooms are large, clean, nicely decorated. There were, I think, 4-5 total rooms, with large curtains to separate it from the hallway between the main desk and the back area (bathroom, staff area). Some staff speak English better than others (Chinese-owned business), but I didn't have a problem. The person who answers the phone for appointments and questions has always been a fluent English-speaking man. They were overall friendly and professional. I went a second time, also last minute when Massage Envy was booked up, and my 90 minute massage was by Judy. She had to leave the room a few times (less than a minute each time) to tend to the front desk - they seemed short staffed that day, but overall it was a good experience. I found out on this visit that they have a frequent customer punch card for those who pay in cash (you would get a punch on the card if you pay in cash for subsequent visits, etc). Good to know! If I remember correctly, the 60 minute is $60, and the 90 minute massage is $90. Not a bad deal. And this is actual hands-on time (they use a timer), not the "60 minute but actually only 50 minute massage" that you get at Massage Envy (they factor in 10 minutes for consultation, who needs 10 whole minutes !?). Logistics: it's located in the back of a shopping complex next to a small gym. plenty of parking. nice neighborhood. I would for sure go again! What a nice find! read more
