However, I was charged the credit price for gasoline, even though I was using the app. I have used the same app at other Shell locations and have only been charged the cash price. I have tried to contact the owner regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. If you do not want to be charged extra and taken advantage of, I highly recommend using another Shell location.

This is in the heart of the crowded suburban megaplex on the Simsbury-Avon line. There are huge driveways on both sides of Shell's corner lot, so getting in and out is never a problem. They have quite a few gas pumps, so I've never really had to wait to gas up here. Gas in Simsbury is expensive everywhere, sometimes a 25-cent piece more than what you find on the Berlin Tpk. So it's a given that gas here is going to be expensive, but not a penny more than the equally expensive Mobil across the street. Which makes me think, wouldn't it be sweet if these 2 got into a price war instead of playing footsie with each other? You can save a few bucks with your Stop and Shop points, you have to slide in your Stop and Shop card before your credit card, and the price per gallon will drop. Mine dropped 20 cents this morning. So the price of gas is at the local market rate, there are tons of pumps, the place has easy access and egress. And unlike the prior review, I never had a problem with a malfunctioning gas pump. Also unlike the prior review, I would not call the guys who work there "clowns". I've always found them to be courteous and helpful. The convenience store inside is pretty good as convenience stores go, Good place for a newspaper, soft drink, maybe a lottery ticket. All in all -the total picture of "A-OK".

I was actually a little overwhelmed at all the choices since it was my first time there so I went with a basic choice. The meat was sliced to order, the roll was large and fresh, made nicely and you get a bag of chips with each sandwich. She was very friendly and it didn't take long.
