My husband and I have repeatedly asked them to fly the flags, as they're supposed to - but each time we have received an attitude. Today, the worker even questioned if it was required by law or not. I will be reporting this to the USPS OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL, which audits the operations, by calling 1-888-877-7644 and emailing the agency here: hotline@uspsoig.gov as well as the POSTAL REGULATORY COMMISSION at https://prc.gov/contact.
