I wanted them delivered to my wife at work for her birthday surprise. She was scheduled 10AM to 3PM. When they were not delivered by 2:20, I called to follow up. I was told that they would be there in 10 minutes, even if the store employee had to walk it to the location. They didn't arrive until after 3. I told my wife she could not leave until something arrived. While she did need to wait, she absolutely loved them.

Parking can be hard because it is all street parking. The moment I walked in, I was in plant heaven with so many beautiful and unique plants everywhere. I could spend all day looking at all the plants. They had some rare ones for really reasonable pricing too! I especially loved their rescue section, where you can find plants that just need a little extra love. It's such a fun way to score a great deal and give a plant a second chance. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole shop just has such a positive, peaceful vibe. I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in Seattle!

Installation day came and there was TORRENTIAL rain - so bad that I was sure they would cancel. But nope - installer Heidi showed up right on time and got to work. She was cold and soaked through, but got all of the plants in. A few coleus didn't survive (too cold and wet for weeks after?) but most everything else is thriving. When we came home they had completely covered our lawn in compost and not raked it in to the point where our grass wasn't even visible. Our neighbors even commented on it and asked what had happened. We were charged for all of the work and the excessive compost and when we raised the issue to Michelle she said that they would be able to come back and fix the lawn, at their regular hourly rate. In addition to the over composting, the lawn wasn't properly edged and looks messy and areas we had asked to be composted were not. While the hedges were trimmed correctly, the customer service provided was terrible. I would expect this type of business to offer to make things right for their customers.
