We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. It was nice that he wanted us to have a big selection of photos with different background and styles. When we were taking pictures Don made us feel very relaxed. He refused and denied ever taking urban photos downtown. However, this was a lie and he is MORE than willing to take photos downtown if they are sports related at the hockey stadium and baseball stadium. (He did it for my best friends senior a month after he cancelled my session for refusing to go downtown at all.) My daughter is staying local for college and wanted the arch in the background of her photos. In my opinion, this is extremely sexist of him. For $600 for a two hour time limit...I think he should take photos wherever the client wants. And he was incredibly rude and condescending in his messages to me regarding this topic. Also, it is ironic that he is now offering "urban photos downtown."
