Monarch was very slow to prepare the closing documents, and then required us to overnight our signed documents and send the funds by bank transfer, which added unnecessary expense. Worse, the deed contained an error in the property address. It is now September, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, we have received little assistance or response regarding getting the deed corrected. The remote closing was convenient, and that is really the only positive thing I can say about our experience. For a transaction as important as a real estate purchase, we expected much better accuracy, communication, and follow-through. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Monarch Title Services.
