Taariyq the owner came out for an estimate a few months ago, he was on time (despite a snow storm) and was quick with his communication. Ultimately we decided to go with Elite Flooring because of the price. Let me tell you the quality of job they do is worth every penny. Scheduled an estimator to come by on a Saturday, and arrived in the time window as promised, with a variety of color/style samples. Didn't have my first choice in stock which was a bummer, gave me the choice to order it but I had to get the room carpeted that week as my kids new beds were being delivered soon. Luckily my second choice was in stock and could be installed that week. Initially the owner Ken told me Friday, but I asked for a couple days earlier, and he was able to do it.
