Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. Marty was sorely lacking in communication and follow through. It took a couple of months just to email us a statement of our account to see if there was a balance due or a refund so we could settle up since we had already hired another lawyer. He did end up apologizing and taking responsibility for the poor communication in the email in which he sent the final statement. So I guess that's better than not recognizing it at all. He completed just the initial steps of everything that he agreed to complete from our initial meeting with him and our new lawyer has completed pretty much everything in half the time for a fraction of the price.
