Came here with a friend toward the end of my visit to Madrid. We'd arrived on the late side of the evening, so we just sat at the bar and ordered some drinks. This is a VERY nice restaurant and bar, with a highly-attentive staff and higher-end patrons. ;-) I ordered a Whiskey Sour ... or two ... and they were DELISH! Nice kick, too, heh. I'm definitely considering coming back here to enjoy lunch or dinner the next time I find myself in Madrid. The menu looks amazing and I could see lots of happy diners as I looked around from the bar. read more

Made a reservation to eat at Cannibal for dinner on a weekday and service was great! The ambiance of the restaurant was also very nice. It was dimly lit but it was a vibe. Now for the food: we ordered the steak tartare, tuna tartare, and dumplings. The steak tartare was a tad too mustardy so that was a bit disappointing but quality was still good. The tuna tartare on the other hand is to die for! SO SO GOOD! Flavoring and fish size were on point. The presentation of all their dishes are also amazing! read more

A unique decor creating a lovely atmosphere for lunch. The whole team was very welcoming and made great recommendations for a fantastic lunch experience. We had the tuna tartar & the steak tartar with bone marrow, both outstanding. Enjoy a sweet final note with the dulce de leche volcano which is outstanding. Make sure you make a reservation as it gets busy quickly after 2pm! Great experience overall! read more

Delicious. We were skeptical about this place and it turned out to be one of our favorites. Servers were really attentive. Quality food and cool atmosphere. We tried the lobster dumplings, oysters, steak tartar... everything was really good!! read more
