Bruce Lee Plumbing is Great! I called on a Thursday night after 5, he actually answered and was very professional and friendly. I explained the issue w/the bathtub faucet - right away he said he knew what the issue was and said he could come over the next morning (Friday) and fix it. He called around 10 a.m. Friday and said he was on his way (what great customer service!). He fixed the tub faucet quickly and went on his way to the next customer. While he was in our home, he was friendly, conversational and very professional. I would call him in a heartbeat for any other plumbing issues - I highly recommend him. I can't recommend Bruce, highly enough. Had the water heater go out late in the afternoon. Bruce was the first person to pick up and agreed to take a look at the tank for free. We made the call to replace the tank when it was clear the tank core was shot. It was already late and he had no qualms about staying. The tank was installed fast and efficiently. Gas leak at my rental property. His expectation is that it would only take a couple hours. Turns out, major leaks throughout the home. He has one of his guys working throughout the inclement weather for two straight days to fix it. Absolutely great to work with and very down to earth.
