Not to mention at the end of the case she provided me with so much love, attention and dedication that I referred not one but 7 more of my family members to this firm esp., Marissa because of generosity, kindness, respect, honesty and because this firm EMPOWERS WOMEN! FIRST FIRM, I have seen that allows women to be the best and become the best. The first time I walked into that offices yesterday and saw an all powered female team, who were organized, respectful and educated. I am very proud of the services from this firm and grateful that they represented me in court! Thank you Ricci and Fava but mostly, thank you Marissa Dominguez! Sincerely, Prisca Osias

I have had a terrible experience with this firm. I have been involved in an ongoing worker's comp…read morecase with them for almost 4 years at the time of writing this review. Every time that I contact them to ask for updates on my case they treat me like I am bothering them. They ignore my phone calls and emails and are clearly annoyed at me on the rare occasions that I actually hear back from them. I contact them, they schedule me for an appointment, I go to said appointment, and I don't hear anything from them for months until I reach out again and the cycle repeats. I have been to several doctors selected by both the firm and by the insurance company representing the other party in my case and have had the same physical and psychological evaluations multiple times with seemingly no progress made on the case. It feels like they just schedule me for the same uneccessary appointments so that I leave them alone for a few months. Jacqueline Ramirez in particular has been rude, dismissive, and incredibly unhelpful. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and do not seek representation from this firm.

I put enough quarters for 90 min expecting to leave w at least 60 min still on the meter. Go into the building, and up to the 14th floor. Right off the bat as soon as I get there, I had to pay $100. Definitely don't like to pay for a service before I receive it but whatever, this lawyer was recommended by a family friend. Appt is at 2:00p, and made with the Son Sekula. After sitting in a room for 20 min, a receptionist comes in and asks us a bunch of questions "to give the lawyer a better idea of the case". I hand her my documents, yet I had this feeling she didn't know what she was looking at. After all, I wanted a professional set of eyes to look at my case, not some college student. 5 min later and me and my family are alone in the room again. It wasn't until 2:55p that I was fed up enough to walk to the receptionist desk (hoping to ask for my $100 back). Just then my wife talked me down, and told me to wait 5 more minutes. Exactly 2 min later, the father Sekula walks in (probably because they heard me livid) and proceeds to talk to us for about 25 min. While I didn't appreciate just about the whole experience, I appreciated his honesty to my questions. So for the service, 3-stars. I get parking was out of their hands, but waiting for 55 min without being seen by a professional, in the middle of a workday when 4 people were taking time out of their work schedules to be seen was ridiculous. By the time I got to my car, the meter had expired. No ticket, thankfully. I absolutely do relate to some reviews about getting the sense that I was just another paycheck at that office, rather than a person.
