I've been a patient at this office for over 10 years & unfortunately, I'm officially done. I miss…read morethe days when it was a smaller, more personal practice & Dr. Gonzalez was still around. She truly cared--she followed up herself, worked tirelessly for her patients & even called to remind you about your annual appointments. That kind of genuine care is long gone. My experience over the last two years has been terrible. Since they expanded, it's like they completely forgot how to treat their patients. They don't remember anything from prior visits, there's barely any follow-through & everything feels rushed & impersonal. Now, they've added insult to injury by announcing that they're going to start charging patients for basic services--things we can't even do ourselves. Even something as simple as a prescription refill feels like you're bothering the nurse or PA. It's crystal clear: they don't care about patient well-being anymore, they just care about squeezing more money out of you. And to top it all off, they had the nerve to send out this email announcing the new fees--while shamelessly promoting their extra services at the bottom. As if we'd want to pay for even more after being told we'll now be charged for the basics. The lack of self-awareness is shocking. I even went back & removed the 5-star review I once left. This office is not what it used to be--it's become disorganized, disconnected & profit-driven. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore.

Absolutely the worst office billing experience possible. From an annual non covered service fee…read morethat they implemented last year of $50 to coding your insurance bills incorrectly, they are just trying to make money and don't care to inform the patients when they charge you. I had called and asked for prenatal care for a pregnancy and was told okay to come in. Instead they charged it as a diagnostic, not as prenatal care then proceed to tell me afterward they don't code insurance for prenatal because they don't don prenatal care and then charge a few hundred dollars. Why on earth allow the patient to think they are coming for prenatal care when they don't offer it. It's an absolute scam on their end and their office should be flagged for that. Their doctors are fine, but beware of all the billing issues and surprises. Unethical coding practices.

6/12 update: Called their office - it is obvious they truly believed in themselves and speak highly…read moreof themselves on their standard of care. I can only agree to disagree. The level of care they are showing me today is 7 years too late. ========================== She performed surgeries on me twice. I was told everything went well, both times. However, findings from years later would say otherwise. I have records to back this up. Not to disclose the medical details, but here is a peak: During a scheduled office visit two weeks after the 2nd surgery, I shared with the office staff (maybe a nurse) the specific questions & findings I need to ask her that day after they checked in. I was told Dr. Danilyants will see me shortly after they took my blood pressure + heart rate. Then, 15 minutes later, that same staff/nurse came to tell me Dr.Danilyants CAN'T see me today. No calls or anything from her or her office EVER SINCE. That says a lot, ain't it?

I kept this appt even after booking my surgery with another surgeon because I wanted a second…read moreopinion & boy am I glad u did because I feel so confident in my choice now. Im getting ready for my third endometriosis surgery & I wanted to be thorough & hear from multiple surgeons. I know this may be people's only option given it's in network & that's hard to find but if you can, do not go here. I was shocked at how many red flags there were during my consultation & what a HUGE difference there was between her & the other surgeon. The biggest red flag: not only didn't she ask me to get an MRI before my appt so she could know what's going on inside me but she's not even equipped to read an MRI disc in the office, which means she only goes based on the report from the radiologist. HUGE PROBLEM! At this stage in Endo diagnosis & research, you should always have an MRI first & your surgeon should read it themselves, know what they are looking at themselves & make a plan for your surgery. She flat out admitted she wasn't going to have a plan, she'd just stick a scope in me & see what's in there. Other red flags: she dismissed several of my symptoms, saying I should just see a GI doc because Endo doesnt cause diarrhea & asked if I went on a specific diet for IC. She said Id be fine after a week, could go back to my job as a personal trainer!! & that there weren't any restrictions after surgery. And doesn't believe pelvic floor PT is necessary even when getting a hysterectomy. She flat out said there's nothing she can do to prevent more scar tissue during surgery. She pushes Orlissa as an alternative, which is a terrible drug! She didn't read a single page of my two folders of medical records they asked for & didn't even bring them into the appt with her. She asked me to list my symptoms vs the other surgeon who asked me about 40 very specific questions to understand exactly what he needed to know about my disease. She didn't do an exam on me. She ignored my shoulder pain & shortness of breath & didn't follow up to discuss diaphragmatic endo. When I asked about robotics during surgery she says she was trained before they were a thing so she doesn't use them. She was smug & dismissive, unqualified & ill informed & I am horrified that anyone who can't afford out of pocket costs has this as their option as a specialist. I'd say I was floored at how badly this appt went but then again those of us with endo are freaking used to this. I just can't believe this is what we get from a so called specialist after dealing with it from every other doctor!
