The environment is always calm and clean. I typically get my ears waxed now that I've passed 40 and started turning into a Warewolf. On this visit they were running a special for 50% off for new services so I elected to get my nose done too. I let her know I would like them a little thinner on the sides because it's pretty thick, which definitely annoyed her and she stated the picture didn't look like that. It did look like that lol. When I got a pedicure, I asked if I could pay $15 for adding on a longer massage which is the same price as their gel add ons and other special wraps for feet and such. He said they only do 10 min add on massage for $25 dollars. I said okay. I will do that. He was very nice and the massage was amazing. When doing the French tip he asked if it was okay the size of the French and it was really thick like almost all the way down to my cuticle. I said I'd like thinner, and he said no problem and did it. My toes looked amazing. Would go back for a pedicure, but other that that, for their prices, I wouldn't go back for my nails.

Well, Hanna is that person for me. From the moment I sat in her chair, she listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and made me feel completely comfortable. It's rare to find a nail technician who combines talent with such a warm personality. The salon itself is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and stocked with an impressive variety of polish colors, styles, and manicure/pedicure options. It's also conveniently located near I-4 in the Sanford area. As an added bonus, there's a Planet Smoothie nearby if you're craving a treat, and a Tijuana Flats if you're ready for a meal afterward. I was able to get a builder gel manicure and gel pedicure completed in less than two hours, which was impressive. I absolutely love builder gel because it protects my natural nails, doesn't cause damage, and easily lasts three weeks or more. By far, it's the best nail product I've used. Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they are. Even without a prior appointment, they do their best to fit you in whenever possible. If you visit, don't forget to tip generously. Their kindness, dedication, professionalism, and hard work deserve recognition.
