Coming from an area where Mexican Food is plentiful, we were not expecting too much in the heart of Eastern Arkansas. Not Great food, but it was real cheap, and pretty fast. it'll do if you are hungry on a Sunday in Beebe and don't want to eat at a gas station or fast food. read more

Yesterday, my mom, daughter and I visited the above for lunch. We had been there before and liked the food and service. I needed to use the restroom facilities and was in a wheelchair and when my daughter pushed me to the door, we discovered it was too narrow for my chair to fit through. With their assistance, holding me up under my arms, I was able to get into a bathroom stall. The commode was so low that I had to literally drop on top of it. Once finished, I had my family come and assist me in trying to get up. I was "dead weight" by this time and they got me to a standing position, but no chair to transfer me into. I fell to the filthy floor and asked them to go find a couple of strong men to pick me up and carry me to my chair, which was outside of the bathroom. The two waiters came in and were able to carry me out and to the booth. If the bathroom door had been wide enough to roll my chair inside and if there had been handrails in the stall/s or on the walls going in, it would have helped tremendously. I believe it is a law in all states that businesses be handicapped accessible starting in the parking lot with designated parking spaces (which they had), as well as inside, especially the restrooms. I mentioned to the two waiters that I would post something on YELP. With their limited English, they didn't understand. I have been using a walker inside, and wheelchair or electric scooter outside for 14 years. I am writing this letter because I am the "voice" for the rights of people with disabilities. I do not want others to experience what I had to yesterday. It's very "humbling" when you are sitting on the filthy floor of a bathroom and dependent on others to get up. People with disabilities have a hard enough time just getting through the day. read more

I use to go here often being in the Military and working close by. It had been a while since I had been there and suddenly with a military discount sign outside the told me they don't give them on lunch items. Now I have been there many times and at lunch this is the first time I was told that they didn't do that so sad I will not be back read more

I get there and a line is wrapped around the whole building cause several people placing orders at the window.. if they don't call ahead tell them to pull around it something don't just let them sit at window. I came to Arkansas expecting nothing but BBQ and surprisingly they have quite a bit of ethic foods. you just have to know where to look. Cancun is just a small Mexican joint that isn't the best of restaurants but is a cheap lunch or dinner. they have an all you can eat lunch but those menus dont appeal to me at all. I like to go to restaurants to try the more authentic of foods... which this place does not have. It is just a typical old tex mex joint that has really good chips and salsa before the meal. if i had a choice i would go to Santo coyote instead. read more

I had the chili Colorado. Told them spicy. Careful doing that!! Very good though. Wife had #2 said it was very good. Only thing bad was the tortillas were old and crusty. Told them and brought me new ones. Hot and soft. They were not busy, waited very friendly. read more

Lito was our server for my wife and I. He was very attentive, had a superb memory and was very interactive and charming with other patrons in his section also. The food was amazing and fairly priced. We had an excellent time. My only complaint was the house margaritas weren't as strong as some I've had at other facilities. However to sum up my review we enjoyed the experience very much and will be back. read more

I ordered the Burrito Mexicano, which is similar to one of my standards, and it had entirely too much lime in one part of it. Some of the pork inside the burrito was dry and almost crunchy. The guacamole tasted like sour milk, and I could not finish the meal. The salsa tasted like enchilada sauce that had been sitting out all day. It was very tangy and had no heat to it at all. The cheese sauce did not have much of a flavor, which for this meal was a blessing. If this is authentic, than I don't ever want to taste authentic mexican ever again. The one bright note was that the service was quick and friendly, but if I want fast food, I will go to Taco Bell which has much better quality than this. We have tried a lot of these Mexican restaurants all over Jacksonville and Cabot area, they pretty much serve the same type cuisine. With that being said... I'm going to say that cancun is the best most consistent. I even told my wife there's no point in trying all these other places, we are going straight to cancun! read more

I like Cancun better than any other Mexican restaurant in Jacksonville, the prices are cheap, the service fast and friendly. The food Has gone down hill a bit since it opened, but most places do. It beats taco bell and papitos. read more
