This company is a shambles. The sales team are pleasant but customer services are terrible. In August I bought a drive from them that was faulty. So was the replacement. As was the third! It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone, and I usually have to follow up each email I send with about seven reminders before I get a reply. I even had the pleasure of one of their customer service team yelling at me down the phone. They have no idea what customer service means.
Now, almost six months later I am still chasing that refund. I am now treating the matter as the theft of my money and am pursuing legal action.
This lot might seem nice, until something goes wrong!
