He will fit a pair of boots to your…read morefeet with many measurements, he can tell if your feet had a bad day yesterday by the swelling, he treats his customers like gold and will school them in how to put on, take off and care for their boots. He takes a good 45 minutes to measure your feet and find your boots. They aren't cheap- he points out the difference between good and poor quality in a boot, using an old boot! His selection is vast, if he can't find a pair on the main floor his basement is full. Large inventory. Best boot fitting you'll ever have- you won't get that at any other store, they won't take the time. His knowledge of the leather, the patterns, the stitching, the different hides, colors and textures rivals NONE. He knows a lot of people in town, has seen a lot of the good and basin others, and it shows. Great dry wit.

Three years ago I went in to buy an auger-style snowblower and Niels talked me into buying the paddle-style with the option that if I didn't like it I could return it without issue and purchase the auger-style. Well this winter I finally had a chance to use it - I greatly enjoy my paddle-style snowblower. When I bought the snowblower I was to bring it back after its first five hours of use for an oil change (included in purchase cost), when I called this month to inquire about an oil change Niels still honoured that offer THREE years later! The quality of the products is excellent. The staff are great. They even go out of their way to help you find the best dollar value on your purchases. When we needed a new washing machine (which they don't carry) they put us in touch with the Picture Butte store which has everything and just as nice staff, we got our washer. If more stores could find staff like those at these two stores their businesses would really improve. We just wish they carried lumber at the Lethbridge store too.

I was at this furniture store today looking for a new sofa which we ultimately purchased as a…read morespecial order. We were extremely pleased with the sales service as I'm disabled and needed more support than most. They took into consideration that my back is very bad and suggested that I get firmer cushions at no extra charge although it is a special order. What was particularly nice is that the building I live in is currently undergoing extermination for a very severe bedbug infestation and it will not be complete for a month. They offered to keep the furniture in their warehouse until such time as the building is certified clear. This was most impressive. With all these factors in mind we decided to cancel looking at any other store. Besides there was a sale on so it was a bit cheaper than normal even tho still more than Ashley and the brick but I'm sure less than lazyboy. It's not every day you get a new sofa meant to last probably the rest of your life!
