She's picky about what she puts on her racks, no tears, pilling, stains, just quality clothing. I think everything I've purchased here has gone into my regular rotation. I hate shopping, but I actually have fun here. Cay is honest about what does and doesn't work, and the atmosphere is fun. Other shoppers often compliment one another on their finds and share ideas about accessories. You can also keep to yourself if that's your preference. My boyfriend even felt comfortable there. There are regular specials (follow them on Facebook) and she put out treats for the holidays. I feel part of a community there. It's a special type of place you don't find often.

As a Calgarian I can't help but compare this store to Blame Betty as they carry many of the same things. The differences are that Drunken Sailor has a bigger space so it's easier to move around and, as they have more room, they carry a few more brands. What I really liked about Drunken Sailor is the wonderful, friendly service and that they carry bigger sizes. Most pinup girl type clothing comes in a range of sizes from XS-XXL but not all stores carry the larger sizes. Drunken Sailor does. They also carry the Bettie Page line which is made for busty gals with hips. And the icing on an already great cake? We forgot to plug the meter but another local business did it for us so we didn't get a ticket. Thanks so much!

We were extremely pleased with the sales service as I'm disabled and needed more support than most. They took into consideration that my back is very bad and suggested that I get firmer cushions at no extra charge although it is a special order. What was particularly nice is that the building I live in is currently undergoing extermination for a very severe bedbug infestation and it will not be complete for a month. They offered to keep the furniture in their warehouse until such time as the building is certified clear. This was most impressive. With all these factors in mind we decided to cancel looking at any other store. Besides there was a sale on so it was a bit cheaper than normal even tho still more than Ashley and the brick but I'm sure less than lazyboy. This Costco is only an hour after crossing the border. At $114.9, their gasoline was still cheaper than the stuff I get in California assuming conversion calculator I used is correct. Bathrooms are cleaner than Walmart or Target. Walking inside and exploring is a great thing to do. They have all kinds of stuff including medications you can't get in the USA. They have sports sweatshirts of Canada's baseball team. If I wasn't a Dodger fan, I probably would've bought one. It is interesting to see how Costco's differ after a few hours of driving. Then there's food at the food court. No smoothies at this location. But, you can get chicken strips with French Fries, or Poutine. If that doesn't suit you, you could get a smoked meat sandwich! I thought their smoked meat sandwich was fantastic. Costco is definitely worthy as a pit stop. Note: This part of the world doesn't Yelp much, a lot more reviews can be found on Google.
