n a nutshell: poor customer service, poor quality and don't honour their own guarantee.
I've been telling them since March 2025 that the cover they delivered in January 2025 is both defective - warped, it doesn't sit flat so there are gaps between it and the spa - and the wrong radius.
I ordered a 10" and they sent a 6", and are adamant that I'm wrong: either my spa is not an Artesian - it is - or the radius is not 10, because Artesian doesn't make a 10"-radius spa. I have sent photos clearly showing that it is Artesian and the radius is 10". I have also sent photos of the cover from the side, showing the gaps.
I was able to speak to them four times from March to June, and have sent emails and left voicemails (whenever their mailbox wasn't too full for messages).
They have done nothing. No callbacks, no emails, and no replacement (or refund, which would be my first choice). "The best hot tub cover in Canada"? Not by a long shot. read more
