I kept on getting assurances that my appointment was confirmed and he would be out today. It's almost 8:40 and still no repairman. You kept me here waiting all day. What is going on?. UPDATE I got in touch with a trevi and they sent out a service man the next day who fixed the problem. UPDATE After having a leak in early spring, the spa is leaking AGAIN. You have sold me a lemon. TERRIBLE product with AWFUL service! UPDATE After 5 years of constant breakdowns and repairs I'm throwing the towel in and having the hot tub removed. Biggest lemon I've ever purchased. Beware of shopping here especially for expensive purchases. When we bought our hot tub, the sales…read moreperson told us that they no longer gave the start up pack so she removed it from the contract. I had a doubt about this and went to ask another sales person. It turned out that this was not true at all. This is a value of 80$ , was she keeping it for herself? Their hours are unreasonable because they close at 5pm everyday. So if you work you have to wait for the week-end when its packed with people. When we had trouble with our hot tub, we contacted them and they said that it was not on the guarantee and will call us back with an appointment with a technician. NEVER got the call anf had to contact someone ourselves. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst customer service I've seen…read more We ordered a table (and few things) and we asked for their return policy. They told us there was no document about it in store at that time. So we asked if there was any charge if we cancelled something during the next week. They told us it was fine. 6 days later, I call to cancel the table and they told me it's impossible because the return policy is 5 days max. So, I think, OK, I'll explain them and they will respect what they said but NO ! They want to charge 25% restocking fee ! (for a 1k table, it's 250$) After 2 weeks lost at trying to make them realize it's their obligation to respect what they said, still no success. Next, I'll send them a demand letter and I'm going to small claims court with this case. Oh yeah, we asked the order to be shipped to us only 4 months later (since we were moving) so they have 4 months to sell the table to any customer ... and still they stick to their 5 days policy.
