What should of been a happy day quickly turned into vomit when I saw their finished product as he was just about getting ready to leave the job site. I literally felt sick to the stomach. Here is just a small list of my grievances: 1. Didn't even have the brains to use galvanized nails. The nails they used literally rusted the next day and I had to pull them out by the hundreds (See pictures). They just hammered at will without even spreading out the carpet threads. 2. They don't know how to join seems on the turf if their life depended on it. The lines are so obvious and the best they could do is offer excuses and try to convince me this is how it "should" look. This is his favorite thing to do is to make excuses for his crap workmanship (See pictures) 3. They must be cutting the carpet with a spoon, the edges are literally sticking out and they tried to cover up for mistakes by basically putting broken pieces on the edge with more rusty nails on them. 4. Left all their garbage behind, even take out boxes from their lunch 5. Took tools belonging to my father with them I could of done a better job if I had the time. But I just didn't think anyone can have such low standards to be turning this kind of disaster and call themselves professionals. Please avoid these guys like the plague and go with someone reputable like Tanner, even if it means you have to wait for a month or two.

When the turf arrived, Tyler and Danielle showed up the following afternoon and wrapped up the next day. I requested new artificial turf in place of a small patch of grass in front of our townhome, and re-leveling of the pathway that had settled poorly since construction. When all was said and done, the turf looked great and the pathway looked like new with everything level across the board. The estimate wasn't the cheapest option, however the explanation provided as part of the estimating process was top notch and I was confident that that level of detail in the estimation process meant that the work would be done with that same attention to detail and this turned out to be true. I've seen a lot of poor turf installations in my neighborhood and I'm confident that the turf will look great for years to come.

During this project, I never met Chris but he took the time to talk to me on the phone to answer all my questions. During the project he also made sure to call me if anything came up. Over a year later and everything still looks great. Fast forward to this summer, we wanted some additional work done in the yard, to install some tiered planters, and Chris sent someone out the next day to do measurements. I was able to meet Chris this time around and his communication was just as good. About a week after the job was completed, there were a couple concerns I had and Chris sent someone out the next day to take care of it. As a result, many neighbors and tenants are unable to find a parking space to park their cars when they get home in the evening. This has caused a lot of inconvenience. The other businesses either told me to give them a call at another number, didn't respond, or gave a quote but without much details. Derek messaged me back with a detailed breakdown of the cost to fix it depending on what the issue is and approximately how long it would take, and also when his next availability was. Thus I was able to book a time to get my leak fixed and a good idea of how much and how long it would take with no hassle. He arrived day of, got right down to work and was very nice and professional the whole time. My newly installed garburator has been functioning perfectly and I've had no further issues for the past couple months! Easy, fast, straightforward, friendly, and with a knowledgable professional.
