I've been there to send out some mail, parcels and also to pick up some packages. Each time I was greeted by some friendly staff and all transactions were processed with no issues. I know that the staff has changed from the previous location and in my opinion I like the current ones better. The place is small but seems to have everything needed for all our mailing needs.

Well, you guess all correct, NO ONE EVER CALLED WHATSOEVER FROM CANADA POST WHOEVER! Moreover, it has been noticed by me that since about the same date I posted my complaint about Canada Post, at least 3 known & expected regular mails supposedly by Canada Post has not been received at all. Not to mention, unknown number of my Canada Post delivered mails has possibly disappeared without my knowledge since about Feb 20/26. Canada Post has my personal information when I called & complained to this "James" person on Feb 20/26 as they demanded such information in order to process my complaint, & so on. If someone at Canada Post is indeed stealing or preventing some of my mails from reaching me, I believe that is an open violation of not only the Canada Post Corporation Act but also the Criminal Code of Canada & breach of trust.

Had the worst experience ever in the Canada Post location. Often, my experience was always bad here…read morebut this time it was really bad that I have to write a review. They are always rushing customers. The delivery driver was very rude to me. He asked me, "are you gonna take any longer there?" and proceeded to say that since it's 5 pm my delivery is gonna be shipped tomorrow after 5 pm. I said that's fine. I was taking my time since I was sending my passport so I wanted to be extra careful to make sure that I got everything right and it was my first time sending documents to IRCC so I was a little bit confused on what to fill in on the envelopes. The delivery driver then proceeded to say to the post office worker "this girl is lucky that it was me if it was someone else, they would have left." That was extremely unprofessional, very rude, and unnecessary. That was completely unacceptable and I clearly said that I'm fine with my package being sent tomorrow so what was his issue. The post office worker was not that nice either. Whenever I asked him a question he reacted like I offended his whole family. Overall, the staff at Canada Post are not nice! So what are they even going on strike for if they do below the bare minimum.

They were very reluctant to let me use the tape, made me very uncomfortable. The staff was also eyeing on me the entire time while I was using the tape, then told me next time make sure to prepare before coming in with a stern tone. It is so unpleasant! I believe this is the basic level of customer service at post office. What kind of post office doesn't borrow packaging tape to the customers? Does not make sense! They also don't offered sleeve unless you ask, which is why I used to taping the prepaid label onto the box.

The automatic doors were too sensitive when it was a bank. I'd round the corner, fairly far from the entrance, and the doors would open for me. Nooo! This post office location is closed on weekends. It was nice walking by the main entrance this evening without the doors opening up. It's street parking. I normally don't have difficulty finding a spot. However, if you can't find anything, you can park where the condos are just north of this Canada Post. There are marked visitor spots. I looked through the glass like the curious person that I am. If you are renting a mailbox, you have access to it at all hours. There are many boxes and sizes, depending on your needs. There are parcel boxes that require a key to access a box. There's also a mailbox that built into the wall. Current hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. It's like it's still a bank! It's closed on statutory holidays. It's Victoria Day tomorrow, so there's no postal services here, for instance. It's a nice addition to Markham to have a standalone Canada Post. Most of the time, you have one within either a Shoppers Drug Mart or something different, like a gift shop at Warden and Highway 7. I dig it this new Canada Post.
