Lie from Canada Post & expected mails gone missing since my complaint…read moreFurther to my Feb 25/26 post with Yelp.ca concerning a possibly all lazy & avoid delivery concern about a no parcel delivery experience I had with Canada Post a month ago, & this "James" person at Canada Post call centre told me " the local depot supervisor would call me "on or before March 2" (LIE!) Well, you guess all correct, NO ONE EVER CALLED WHATSOEVER FROM CANADA POST WHOEVER! Moreover, it has been noticed by me that since about the same date I posted my complaint about Canada Post, at least 3 known & expected regular mails supposedly by Canada Post has not been received at all. Not to mention, unknown number of my Canada Post delivered mails has possibly disappeared without my knowledge since about Feb 20/26. Canada Post has my personal information when I called & complained to this "James" person on Feb 20/26 as they demanded such information in order to process my complaint, & so on. If someone at Canada Post is indeed stealing or preventing some of my mails from reaching me, I believe that is an open violation of not only the Canada Post Corporation Act but also the Criminal Code of Canada & breach of trust.

as a frequent buyer of goods online, i often have to deal with packages coming to my apartment, and…read morenot being able to fit in my mail slot, which leads me to have to go to my local post office to obtain my goodies. well it only takes one bad experience to ruin it for you. me and my significant other orders our packages within hours of each other, hers was ready for pick up and mine was not, which lead to some of the worst customer service i've received. Canada post acknowledged that my package was in their possession, but could not tell me where it was regardless of the online status of "your item is being prepped to be ready for pick up" i dealt with this CSR inside this post office *disclaimer: the post office is inside of a shoppers drug mart, so you're dealing with a SDM employee and not a Representative of Canada post" she was extremely rude over the phone and in person, in fact the representive didn't even want me to personally come in to check if my package was there or not, i was told several times "over the phone is the best method" and that "i had to wait patiently so they could find it* what was suppost to arrive on the eight, turned out to not be picked up until the 15th, and i still have no explanation why or what went wrong. the one time that i did phone i was speaking to a SDM employee by the name of dan who had advised me that the same rep *who's name starts with a Z* informed me that she has done this to many customers and he personally did not understand why she hasnt been removed from the canada post section. because i order stuff online, i can't avoid them, but i am far from impressed

Strange experience at the post office…read more I went to pick up packages and 5 times in a row was questioned in an impolite way by an employee. Three of the 5 times she complained that the code (on my cell phone) which was required for the pickup was not good enough. She wanted me to make the code bigger and brighter. One of these times she would not even attend me until all the customers waiting in line were served. Then she would try to scan my code again but told me it was still "Not Good" -- even after this code was enlarged, got as big as the screen of my cell phone and was brighten to maximum capacity! Following these incidents, my husband offered to pick up the next package. The same woman attended him with a smile and a greeting "How are you Sir?" She scanned quickly the code on the (same) cell phone and gave him the package!!! No questions were asked! This woman was maybe in her 50s-60s, black hair, maybe 5'5".

With the closure of the previous establishment that served this function there was gap to provide postal services in this stretch. This service location is inside the York Quay Fine Foods. The setup is typical of a Canada Post outlet albeit just new and shiny. Work hours are pretty late on weekday (9 PM from what I read) Service is what it is, while I have a distaste for using other courier services (its to the level of Seinfeld hating Newman) I find Canada Post functional and therefore my preferred method of shipping when appropriate. The sales person was helpful in providing the info I needed. I would recommend this spot over other outlets as its not as busy.

better then your average post office, i've only come here to drop off packages, but its been a…read moregreat experience overall. this post office is located inside the shoppers drug mart thats inside the sherway gardens. the hours are the same as the mall hours, so its not hard to get the two of them confused. the service here is great, the staff are happy and eager to help, even if the line up is long, which happened once. transit options are the 15 evans 80 queensway bus, and the 123 B,C,D, and F north queen bus, and this post office is super close to the bus terminal as well which is a bonus. lots of parking available as this is a mall. would go out of my way to deal with this location.

Today I went to send back some equipment to Bell and she refused to send it unless I purchased bubble wrap. It was secured in a the equipment box and taped up as advised on the website. I took the parcel to the Rexall CP at Queen and Dovercourt instead and they served me quickly and professionally. Save yourself some aggravation and skip 119 Ossington.

Recently I had to buy a buttload of stamps, so I popped into my neighbourhood Canada Post. This old building is accessible, they can handle all of your postage and shipping needs, but most importantly: the people working here are so nice. Wake up from the horror that is your errands and realize these people are kind, funny and care about your mail getting places.

Terrible post office services…read more I mailed a package out using two day shipping and this post office 'forgot' to mail it out. The package sat at the post office for a week and arrived to the destination a week and a half later. If you decide to use this post office, ensure your items are sorted and mailed out correctly. They are also very slow at the service desk, so make sure you have a considerable amount of time to spare.
