They were very reluctant to let me use the tape, made me very uncomfortable. The staff was also eyeing on me the entire time while I was using the tape, then told me next time make sure to prepare before coming in with a stern tone. It is so unpleasant! I believe this is the basic level of customer service at post office. What kind of post office doesn't borrow packaging tape to the customers? Does not make sense! They are always rushing customers. The delivery driver was very rude to me. He asked me, "are you gonna take any longer there?" and proceeded to say that since it's 5 pm my delivery is gonna be shipped tomorrow after 5 pm. I said that's fine. I was taking my time since I was sending my passport so I wanted to be extra careful to make sure that I got everything right and it was my first time sending documents to IRCC so I was a little bit confused on what to fill in on the envelopes. The delivery driver then proceeded to say to the post office worker "this girl is lucky that it was me if it was someone else, they would have left."
