Well, ok, this post office will do. It's in a small, stand-alone building by itself, with parking in the rear. The parking lot backs out onto a grassy field of some sort (I saw people working out, out there.)
I got what I needed here: Change of address; forward my mail to new house; keys for the mail box. The woman who served me was very busy though, sorting something out over the phone at the same time as helping me. And no sooner did she hang up then the phone rang again!
I don't think the Canada Postal Service is going anywhere any time soon: you can now order things off the internet, and have them shipped to your closest postal outlet. Very handy! And they still sell those gorgeous coins from the Canada mint (although I didn't really know people still collected those. Makes sense though...)
Surely I will have reason to go back to this outlet, once in a while, anyway. read more
