I was going to be the receiver of two parcels from​ another reviewer of this business. One parcel was the entirety of my snowboard gear (worth over $1300) and the second parcel was work gear worth $500. These parcels were sent over 4 months apart from each other and somehow ended up lost. I was unable to even call about my parcels since I wasn't the sender. My snowboard gear has been lost for 15 months. I don't believe it was lost because it had a tracking number and a barcode to Scan if it was ever found. I dont know what happened to my things but I think there should be an investigation done on this business. I wouldn't send anything worth of value through them. ​ read more

My friend never received two packages from here. One was a snowboard, not sure how that can be lost. Shipped from Yyc to Manitoba both times. No one had a clue how to track these packages down. Had a tracking number and all. Will not use this service again. Customer service line did not help at all. read more

This Canada Post is tucked away in the back corner of Shoppers Drug Mart. The handful of times that I've come in there has never been a line. I've only had one person in front of me ever. The staff are friendly and helpful and will get your package taken care of quickly. read more

They never left a failed delivery attempt notice, which has made it very difficult for me to pick up my package. I have recently moved and have no other mail that has been received with my name linked to that specific address. I have photo identification with a very unique name, as well as multiple emails and tracking that prove who I am and that the package is mine, but they still refused to release it to me. They have requested that the other person residing at my residence pick it up instead when they have zero ownership of the package. It has MY name and only I have the tracking and order information. It was honestly ridiculous, and I have never had such an issue ever before. read more
