The place is CLEAN, SPOTLESS. SMELLS FRESH. Staff is pleasant and all work very cohesively, like a well oiled piece of machinery. They are always complimentary of each other and the ATMOSPHERE is great. I FEEL SECURE in their abilities. Their DIETITION, CLINTON, is a definite asset! Nurses and Techs that stand out particularly to me are LEXI, MARY, GLORIA, and TONY. I would whole-heatedly recommend DESERT CITIES DIALYSIS to everyone!

Supervision, standard procedures, and common courtesy, are missing from the majority of the techs. Som patience are treated well while others are barely treated at all. This facility like the one on Hesperia road is run without very much structure, professionalism, or efficiency, and the techs work with their own individual procedures whether there good or bad right or wrong. Although the staff is willing to listen with an open ear, changes are slow and almost nonexistent. How many times must a patient yell for help before someone hears them and how many times must a patient complain before they actually get help to resolve the issue. Can these techs get off their phones ? The facility is like a party hour at a club with all their personal laundry, being sprayed all over while 90% of the patients are sleeping or trying to sleep. The alarms on the machines are constantly going off and staying on in the alarm mode while techs continue to talk about their personal life across the treatment floor. I need a kidney so I can leave this place.

The one chair the staff puts him in the pulse monitor doesn't work so it's reading his pulse at 140! They panic try to give him stuff for that! I stated that ziplock is not a medical dressing, her solution is to take a bird bath, which i considered it to be extremely insulting since I have never provided sexual pleasure for money or used my cane to walk the streets at night. The center is using swamp coolers to cool the treatment area which results in a high humid environment that leads to excessive sweating. I will not be going back.

Their office will not let you speak to them without an appointment, and generally makes it impossible to get in contact with them with any matters they don't consider to be a dire emergency. Notes asking for anything, such as to approve the use of any medications, are completely ignored unless you pester them repeatedly- and nothing will get done in a timely manner. They allowed my father to go four days without dialysis when his fistula was clogged instead of having anyone work on a weekend, and gave him medications to shed potassium without checking if he was healthy enough to withstand it. Ultimately the complications which related to all these things contributed to his death. There is no other dialysis center in town, but please don't make the same mistakes we did. If you have to go here you have to educate yourself on you or your loved one's care. Please do not rely on these doctors.

Although the turnover is pretty rapid, a few are veterans. When he comes home and talks about Oscar, or Nancy, his face lights up. They are all very professional, and are excellent at what they do. Facilities are extremely clean. The only downside is they are sometimes understaffed, and clients are left waiting to either go on a machine, or be taken off. That, of course, is no fault of theirs. They make what is a difficult situation, much easier to tolerate.

Hesperia Physical Therapy & Aquatics has to be one of the best experiences i've ever had and i'm extremely happy I picked them for my work related injury as I was finally able to choose which physical therapy center I wanted. I have done more exercises specific to my injury and more treatment methods here then any other centers i've been too! The staff is truly amazing and this is clearly proven by their genuine attitude in wanting to help their patients! Everyone has an awesome sense of humor and being able to feel comfortable as well as having trust in the medical staff truly gives me a sense of relief that I am in the right place! You do not feel like your on an assembly line where they are constantly pushing patients in and out just to complete the minimal requirements for their physical therapy needs. This in itself is a huge relief! The front staff is extremely attentive as well as helpful along with all of them having a welcoming attitude! Always remember, some reviews people leave that may be negative in nature, take with a green assault as sometimes individuals who carry a negative attitude with them are occasionally the problem, not the business!!
