**NEVER STAY HERE EVER - THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN** we arrived on Friday…read moreafternoon, went to the reception desk which is not even a reception desk and checked in. They failed to tell us we needed to purchase a €20 key to the safe and that WiFi was even more expensive then that. We went to our hotel room which was across the resort, realized this was the case and then had to walk all the way back with our bags to purchase both a safe key and WiFi. In our individual hotel (Ceres I) there was no door to the downstairs hotel and no one at the reception desk. It felt like we were staying in a insane asylum where anyone could walk in at any point and have full access to the upstairs where all the room are. We felt very unsafe all night and had to lock up our entire hotel room to feel somewhat safe. My friend got food poisoning from a restaurant near by and ultimately puked for the next 4 hours until 2am. There was People blasting music by the pool outside until 6am in the morning and being very obnoxious and loud. Then we woke up the next morning with bites all over our faces, back and legs so it is safe to say this hotel may have bed bugs so WATCH OUT. All in all this hotel sucked and if you are looking to have a vacation at all DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed last night and are currently checked into a different hotel down the beach because we could not take it for another night. I normally don't voice my opinion like this - I've never even had a yelp account or trip advisor account until this hotel when I downloaded it because I am so appalled. Another thing don't be fooled by the pictures on the websites - it looks NOTHING like it.

This is the largest hotel in Europe and actually resembles a small villiage. It attracts so many…read moreholidaymakers because of the fantastic deals it offers. Rooms are basic but clean. You will be guaranteed a good time and the opportunities to make friends are endless. The range of pools are good but hotel can be extremely rowdy so maybe more suited to teens rather than families. On the downside most rooms are without air-con which I found almost unbearable. Apart from that a good all-round hotel.

The rooms are well furnished, modern and well maintained. The food service has a vast range in a buffet style but with very efficient service. The pools ( there are about 12!) are all excellent. They arrange with staff that brought the luggage to the room. The reception was spacious and grand. The rooms was very nice with tastefull furniture. The bathroom had to sinks and lots of frosted glas. The shower contained booth a handheld shower and a rain shower. Very nice! The beds was very comfortable and big. We had a top floor apartment with a view towards the city and mountains. The balcony had a table, two chairs and a sun bed. The kitchen was good and the refrigerator was stuffed with drinks (at a cost) and water (free of charge). We didn't go for the all inclusive, so we don't have any feedback on the different restaurants as we only booked the breakfast, but that restaurant was AMAZING. Large dining room with several chefs working in an open kitchen were they prepared different dishes a la minuté. You choose the ingredients you desired and then they prepared the food. Each morning during the week there were different items for the breakfast witch kept it interesting each breakfast. The pool area was large with several different pool for all ages. The kids realy loved a pool with a large "balloon" (in lack of better words) on witch they could climb up on, jump and then jump/slide down from. It was so fun they jumped on in for hours (literally several hours) each day. Strategically the hotel had placed a very nice bar in that pool so it was possible to check on you kids and get refreshments. All staff we encountered were very nice, helpful and professional. A friend became light headed and nearly fainted one morning and that really showed how drilled the staff was in emergency situation witch was impressive. I can with out doubt give this hotel a 5 star rating! I hope your stay will be as good as ours.

We arrived very early in the morning and were exhausted but the welcome form Kyle on reception was brilliant. He was warm, welcoming and funny when getting us all sorted. The hotel is right on the beach and so staying around the pool is fine with a short walk of a few metres to the sand and water. The rooms while a little small are well finished and if you opt for the pool/sea views offer a pretty view of the bay. It would have been nice of they offered more bespoke packages as many other hotels to these days, such as a drinks package at a reasonable rate. We asked but the only options were room only, B&B, half board, full board and all inclusive. When we travel we like a few drinks around the pool during the day but to get out and experience different places for food and coffee the rest of the day, being able to tailor a package to your needs would therefore be very valuable. The prices across the board were OK, not extortionate but perhaps not the cutting edge of competitive. Food was good at breakfast and the ambience around the restaurant was always nice to come down to. The hotel is further out of the town than many in Alcudia, so if shops are your thing this may nit be for you. However there is a good bus service that can run you up, or the 40 minute walk on the sand is pretty and enjoyable. Although there are fewer choices in this part of the town, what there is should cover all your needs and the food options in restaurants around here should please most as we found them to be very good.

Spent the rest of the day waiting for the technician to come. After several visits to the front desk, he finally entered our room, mumbled something and left. Another trip to the front desk only to have the check-in person tell us that the A/C will be fixed tomorrow and they don't have another room. I explained that I am a migraine sufferer and cannot sleep in a hot and humid room. She was sympathetic, but shrugged her shoulders as her phone call to her "boss" was not fruitful. I eventually spoke with supervisor and she changed our room. Update: today the front desk called a taxi for us. Suggested we call at 8:40am for 9:00am excursion. I politely requested that she call at 8:25am. Lo and behold, the taxi never showed up and we missed our non-refundable outing. At no point did the staff tell us that there is a bus a block away that could've taken us to the port. So if you're looking for a no frills place with no expectation of any services and cafeteria food, this is the place for you. In my decades of traveling, this is my first experience like this.
