After signing the contract, I sent her the quinceañeras invitation and they were able to replicate a template for the event. The day off the event, they arrived on time to set up. The photobooth attendant was really nice and provided great customer service. The quality of the photos was great. The lighting was everything! everyone was able to get a copy of their photos and even had the chance to scan a QR code so you can save them digitally. I so appreciated that I didn't have to stress about running after them when I had a question. They designed an incredible overlay for the photo strips-- it perfectly matched the vibe of the party. They also helped source the exact backdrop I wanted to coordinate with the theme. Exceeding my expectations with every interaction. On the day of the event, they arrived on time, were completely professional, and produced beautiful, high-quality photos. The following day I already had an email with the link to the pictures that I could share with guests. Doesn't get any better than that. The attendant, Alexandra, was wonderful -- so friendly, patient, and accommodating. After she had already packed up, my son realized he hadn't taken photos with a few of his closest friends. Without hesitation, she reopened the booth and took additional pictures for them, which meant so much to us and truly showed how much she cared. A theme consist with their entire team. Out of all the vendors we used for my son's bar mitzvah, this company was by far the most accommodating, responsive, stress-free, and genuinely focused on keeping me happy as a customer.
