We are forever grateful to our wedding photographers and videographers, Andrew, Bogdan, Christian and Vinukh for capturing every special moment of our big day so beautifully. From capturing every precious corner of our venue to the grand exit, they were professional, creative, and attentive to every detail. They captured genuine emotions, candid moments, and stunning portraits. The photos are breathtaking, and the video perfectly tells the story of our wedding day. We were both camera shy but they made us feel comfortable and worked seamlessly throughout the event. They followed through with all our requests. Their dedication, talent, and passion for their craft truly shine through in their work. I did not feel pressured or rushed throughout the day because they gently guided us with patience and listened to us. We made the right decision booking them. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a team that not only delivers exceptional photos and videos but also helps make the wedding day experience enjoyable and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, everything went very well. There were a few timing issues throughout the day that were unfortunately out of our control, but the photographers did their best to work around them and still capture as much as possible. We really appreciated their flexibility and effort. We do wish we had a little more time for certain settings and shots, but again, some of those things were simply outside of anyone's control. When we first received our wedding video, it was a bit shorter than what we expected based on our contract. However, the team was very responsive to our feedback and worked with us to create four different edits, incorporating everything we requested. We really appreciated their willingness to listen and make adjustments until we were happy with the final result. Overall, we would absolutely rate their service 5/5. We truly appreciate their hard work, honesty, transparency, and dedication to making sure we had a great final product. Thank you for helping capture such an important day for us.

The only thing that prevented me from hiring them was that the facility/venue of the event could not provide a stable internet connection for the livestream. This through no fault of their own. The value of their quote was fair, and the service they are able to provide would have been more than adequate.

Through his work experience, he was already familiar with our culture, so it made easier when we explained how we wanted our religious ceremony captured. In the end, Laky incorporated our religious ceremony perfectly into the wedding video because he took the time to learn about the different parts of the ceremony (it was in a different language), and portrayed the ceremony correctly with the correct background music we wanted for each section, even following up multiple times to ensure it was correct. Post ceremony on the day of, there was a miscommunication with our photographer, but Laky immediately stepped in and confidently directed us...he saved the day by photographing our day for us with no hesitation! For our couple photos, we had another problem because the photo spot we had in mind was closed off and Laky was, again, quick to pivot and found us amazing spots around our reception venue. I am not naturally photogenic, unlike my husband, but Laky and his team made us feel so comfortable with their effortless conversation. Their demeanour kept us relaxed and in the moment. We also really appreciated that they helped direct us and gave us certain poses and prompts when we didn't know what to do. Because of this we got the shots we love so much. Post wedding, some of our guests mentioned they also used this company for their own wedding and they also really enjoyed their wedding day with them. In the end, we highly recommend Laky's services and are so grateful to them for capturing our day so beautifully.

My fiancé and I aren't used to being in front of a professional camera, so we were a little nervous and worried we might look awkward. Tom's friendly personality, patience, and guidance helped us relax almost immediately, making the entire session feel effortless and enjoyable. The photos turned out absolutely stunning. Tom has an incredible talent for capturing genuine, candid moments that truly reflect our personalities and the love we share. Every image feels natural, authentic, and beautifully composed. What really sets Tom apart is his ability to make the experience just as memorable as the photos themselves. He made us laugh, feel comfortable, and simply enjoy being together, and that joy truly shines through in every picture. If you're looking for a photographer who is not only incredibly talented but also makes you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera, we wholeheartedly recommend Tom. We couldn't be happier with our engagement photos and will cherish them for a lifetime. Thank you, Tom, for capturing such a special chapter in our lives so beautifully!

You can tell from the moment you meet them that they are genuinely passionate about giving couples the best experience possible, and that passion shows in every single shot. We first had them at our engagement shoot, and my husband and I are completely hopeless when it comes to posing LOL. But Janice and Edwin were so patient and wonderful at directing us while making us feel completely comfortable. When we saw the results, we were thrilled and we couldn't wait to have them there on our wedding day :) Leading up to the wedding, they had a call with us to go over the timeline and were so accommodating about our location shots and making sure everything I wanted captured was planned out. On the day of, they arrived early and worked closely with our coordinator to keep everything on track. My bridal makeup ran a little behind schedule, but they handled it so gracefully and were able to get all the getting-ready and bridal shots we needed while making sure we never once felt rushed or stressed. Throughout the day, they went above and beyond in ways I didn't even expect, like fixing hair and outfits that were slightly out of place, making sure photos were balanced, and capturing extra poses to make sure everything looked perfect. They made everyone in our wedding party feel so comfortable and at ease. During the reception, so many guests came up to the sweetheart table to take photos. Family portraits were already on the timeline, but so many additional families who weren't even on the photo list came up wanting to be captured, and Janice and Edwin were so gracious and kept going to make sure everyone was included. That kind of warmth and flexibility is truly rare. While their contract had a set window of time, they came early and stayed late because they genuinely wanted to make sure all of our big moments were captured. That kind of dedication means the world to us. What also made them extra special was that they speak both Cantonese and English, which made our guests feel so comfortable and included throughout the entire day. We loved working with Janice and Edwin so much and are so happy we invested in them to be part of our big day. They worked incredibly hard from start to finish and we are so grateful for everything they did. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly from my first communication with him to the actual event. I contacted him about four weeks prior to the event, and he was very responsive and easy to talk to. I explained what I wanted and how I envisioned the day would flow, and he was receptive, offering helpful suggestions. Since my schedule was hectic around the holidays, all communication was done via email, and I didn't speak with him personally before the event. I trusted my instincts, booked him - finding the contract and payment process very easy - and got in touch with him a few days prior to remind him. He showed up on time, worked well with our family and guests, and took nice photos. The gallery was delivered a few days after the party, sooner than expected, and we were happy with the results. Having him was truly the easiest decision I made for my mom's celebration, and I'm looking forward to future events where I can use his services again. Thanks again, Nick!
