We asked around and the employees ignored us and acted as if we were just there to work on something. We tried and tried to get their attention but they kept their conversation in a group circle formation. We eventually told them we were leaving and they tried to assist us as a joke, we ignored them as they previously did us. Dicks

If I were a student here, this is one place I would hang out to study, meeting with friends, and put my parents up at their hotel. I wandered the building for quite a while before I found the bookstore. University bookstores have evolved into more of an emporium for branded merchandise, which this store has in abundance. There's also a nice selection of books, some stationary supplies, and a space selling tech-related equipment. There's even an architecturally impressive multiple story open room that's also a nice study space. I picked up a calculator (yes I'm old school) and a few tchotchkes, and I was on my way, perhaps too soon.

About an hour later, my son called to tell me that he had already purchased shoes for the child. I immediately went back to the store and advised them I wished to return the shoes. I was told that I would have to wait ten days to process the check. Because they were still holding my check, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was given a number on the back of the receipt and put on hold for more about 30 minutes. No one ever came on the line. The store would not give me a credit, accept the shoes and agree to send me a check. Zip. Nada. I have to come back personally in ten days with the shoes and the receipt and I live out of town!!
