The classes are structured to enforce language skills but reading is not neglected. The classes are small which means every student gets practice speaking the language they are learning with the teacher and one another. The price is affordable with either 5 week or 10 week semesters. You will learn plenty even in 5 weeks because the teachers are fantastic. I definitely recommend Rennert.

JP is not only professional but also super friendly, which makes it that much easier to approach him if anything. He only recommends what's best for you and makes sure you're comfortable taking the classes you're enrolled in and that you're actually learning and taking advantage of the resources, unlike some other places that just want to enroll students but fail to deliver after. JP Linguistics also offers special programs that are unlike any other I've seen. These range from fitness classes to cooking classes and wine tasting to name a few. I attended their Italian Brunch Class and absolutely loved it! Not only did I learn to cook some authentic Italian food but also pretty much mastered the Italian phrases related to food and wine. took Coucou's online placement test and was placed into an intermediate-level class. Unfortunately,…read morethe placement was not accurate. There was no real evaluation, just an online quiz, and when I arrived in the class, I quickly realized after a few sessions that it didn't match my needs at all. The class was pure conversation with no grammar explanations, no structure, and no rules, which made me feel completely lost. I actually needed more grammar-focused support, not just conversation. When I tried to switch levels, I wasn't offered a proper solution. Instead, I was only given about 70% credit for my remaining classes, with a two-month expiration. I couldn't use it because I was traveling, and their response time was slow, so the credit essentially became useless. Overall, I was disappointed with how the placement was handled and how inflexible the school was in helping me find the right level. I expected a more supportive and structured experience.
